sadly I had 5 bed bug bites the next morning, confirmed by a doctor.
we arrived late, the room was dark and we were tired, woke up to no heat. when i told desk about it the next morning the guy was rude and acted as if it were my problem for not have called asking for a portable heater. I was unaware that was an option.
