Dry Clean Super Center

I have used this dry cleaners for well over 10 years. I have always been pleased with the quality of their work, the customer service, and the price. I moved out of the neighborhood several years ago, but still drive out of my way to use them for my dry cleaning.

I was very impressed with the service here. I dropped my husband suit and shirts off for the first time and they were quick and helpful. When I pulled up to the drive through a couple days later the guy didn’t even ask for my ticket. He saw me pull up, got on his computer and then went to the back to get my order. He even ask if he should put it in my trunk or backseat. I have never written a review on Unilocal and sign up just because I was so happy with this place. Convenient, good prices, good quality work and excellent customer service.

They charge me more for bringing in men’s shirts because I am a woman. Yes they are men’s shirts, from the men’s department at Macys, but they don’t seem to care. They also don’t answer the phone. Ever. I have seen some of the staff members there chew customers out while they overcharged them. But my shirts come back looking great and with the stains gone, so they are good about that. Prices are average, nothing to make them stand out. Location is great. Wish they were open Sundays. If you can put up with their derogatory service and charges, you’ll have some clean garmets.

We have tried this dry cleaners twice now. I really want to like them because they are SUPER convenient for us! Drop offs are not quick or friendly. Pickups are not quick or friendly either. As a matter of fact I think the guy that does the pickups in the afternoon has to put his bong down every time we pull up and can’t remember what he is supposed to be doing half way through. He says «What» a lot because I think the bong smoke has effected his hearing. Their in by 9 out by 5 policy was not the case the first time we came but they did repair a button on a mens dress shirt for no charge without us asking them to so we gave them a second shot. It was ready on time the 2^nd time. The service is a complete beating but the quality and price don’t seem to be bad.
