I asked for a #9 combo with no bun, tater tots, and a cherry limeade… I was the only customer & I’ve waited 10 minutes… they brought me out a foot long and told me I never ordered a #9…I told them my order was correct on the screen when I ordered… they brought the #9 no bun(which is why they are getting the 2nd star) but no tater tots… I waited 20 minutes for the tater tots alone & there were only 2 other cars here. These servers have got to be on drugs! Do not go here!

Every time I go to this Sonic I have superior customer service and my order is always correct. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the one up the road and basically across the street from where I live. Phillip and Vincent both always have smiles on their faces and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. It makes such a difference! Service with a smile is consistently what I get at this Sonic — which is why I’ll go out of my way to visit them.

Very cool new modern structure, electronic ordering board. Horrible service. Took 20 minutes for two drinks. The car hop had to take the drinks back TWICE for not being correct. Funny thing is, he is the one that noticed they weren’t correct when he got our car. He said he was training a new person. Appeared to have only two people working on a Saturday afternoon.

I stopped here the other day because I was in the mood for a Caramel Java Chiller and I had a gift card. The Java Chiller was delicious at first, but I think I ordered too big of a size because by the time I was near the middle I ran out of coffee. The employees were super friendly!

Great, fast service, and the same yummy food as every Sonic. Great location too. A little off the beaten path, but that just meant that it was a faster check out. Nice.

After I wrote my review last week, I contacted Sonic via their website about the service. I received a call from the manager, Ann, the day after my review. She was very nice and apologized for what happened. Ann explained that changes were being made at the location and wanted to make it up to me. She told me to mention my name the next time I come in and they would comp a full meal. I went that afternoon for my meal AND purchased my wife’s meal. As always, the food was delicious. The young woman and the co-manager on duty were both very welcoming and I told them I appreciated them. If I can remove my previous review, I will. I hope that this one will cancel it out. It’s a very good location and I look forward to future visits. :)
