I have had a lot of fast-​food fried chicken this week and Zaxby’s was among the best of them. I got the boneless Wings N Things, which came with chicken tenders, buffalo tenders, celery, fries, and Texas toast. The chicken tenders were fried to perfection and were juicy inside. The buffalo tenders were also cooked well and had a good buffalo sauce that didn’t feel overly vinegared. The fries were a masterpiece. The Texas toast and the celery were nice to have but I didn’t need them, the rest of the food stole the show. Kudos for having the freestyle Coke machine.

Well im always iffy about trying new places… and got some bad reviews but as i was driving saw a wonderful deal to try a snacker chicken sandwitch for 99 cent… perfect time to try something new right! Well omg let me tell you i ordered two i should have ordered a million the chicken was so juicy and good the taste remind me alot of chick-fil-a…nice crispy batter… like a better version of raising cains… like them they have their own zaxby sauce… pretty good will be back.

I’m not really sure why people like this place so much. It’s below average. I had wings and I should have just gone to wingstop. They are kind of pricey and my fries were cold when I got them at the drive thru. Thumbs down.

I’ve only eaten here about 4 times. The chicken salad is the best. I love how fresh the ingredients are. The service is always good. It always looks as if no one is there. It’s a hidden jewel.

I love Zaxby’s so why the one star? How about you all not being busy and three people seeing me standing at the counter and ignoring me to the point that I left after 5 minutes. Not even a «we will be with you in a minute.» I have been a huge word of mouth advocate for you guys but I can no longer be that. Step up the service guys, business is competitive out there and ignoring the want to be customers you do have isn’t going to cut it in this competitive world. For instance, tonight I am going elsewhere, and I am not sure I am coming back.

Sadly, after a month and a half of leaving this review and messaging their HQ about my experience no one from the store or corporate ever responded to me experience. I am amazed how well that aligns with the experience I had at their store. Even more amazing to me is that places survive with these kind of «I Don’t Care» attitudes.

Loved this place in high school as a cheaper and more flavorful rival of Raising Canes. Over the years prices have gone up and quality has gone down. There have been a multitude of times my chicken fingers have been dry, smaller than usual, or my fries overly salted.

You know what is a bad idea? Eating at Zaxbys! This place reminds me of the Zactlys meaning, this place smells just like my nuts. It is smelly and not at all crispy. No one wants soggy chicken tenders or balls. Don’t waste your money. I will sell you my own poop for a better price.

This is really good for the price it’s way better than Raising Canes, I recommend getting the wings n things basket it can easily feed two people. The atmosphere is like that of a normal chick fil a. Try the Zax’s sauce it’s pretty good as well.

I love Zaxsby’s buffalo wings. The wings are always nice and crunchy, but never greasy. Since I like the way they fried their chicken wings so much, at the drive thru window, I wanted to add another five wings to my order, and the lovely manager didn’t even charge us for the additional order. Their servers are always so courteous. I believed the best management practice has a lot of good influences on their staff as well. Keep up the good work Zaxsby, we wove your crispy buffalo wings, and will definitely come back for more of your finger licking good food.

Found my new favorite place. Just ate here for the first time and it’s delicious! Especially the tenders with the zax sauce.
A little pricey though. 2 people was $ 19 for 2 drinks and 2 tender meals.
Any other restaurant is about $ 14 or less.

I have driven by this place for a year and wanted to try it. I think what kept me from coming was that all they served was chicken. I was craving chicken strips so I decided to give this place a try. I got their chicken strips with their nuclear sauce and their fries. The fries were really addicting. I love the seasoning they put on it. I literally can just go for the fries, haha! The chicken was good too. It was not soggy because of the sauce and they were very tender. The sauce was a bit sweet but not to where it was annoying. it definitely was not nuclear though. If you are going to use that word please let the sauce live up to it. I can see my self coming here from time to time. The prices are ok for me. I mean it is just chicken, but I think you pay a little more for all of the fancy packaging. It is nothing spectacular but when you want some chicken, this will do.

Unbelievably friendly and courteous staff! Great food! Even the prices are great! My kids love zaxbys. We prefer it over KFC and chik fil a. Always a clean environment and a smiling team member to greet you!

My friend from Kentucky has been pleading me to go here for more than a year now and I finally went. It’s an okay place when it comes to fast food, when it’s fast. It took about 10 minutes to order my food. Maybe because I ordered their wings and chicken fingers so it might have been faster if not for the wings. If that was the case, I would bump up my rating. Speaking about the food, the wings and chicken fingers are good. The wings rival WingStop and the chicken fingers is almost blend of Chic-​fil-​a and Raising Canes. Their special sauce tastes like thousands islands (I think most restaurants special sauces these days are based on thousands island dressing). To say the least, it was great. For me the location is a bit far but if I’m in the mood to get some Zaxbys, I will definitely drive over there.

Awful. Don’t get me wrong, I love mah fast food and I certainly don’t mind some salt with my meal, but at Zaxby’s, you’re going to be wishing you had more meal and less salt. Everything is laden with salt, and a couple of the sauces were so salty, my dining partner and I both put the little container down simultaneously and said «ick». Combos are overpriced and don’t come with a drink (what’s up with that?) and wings (whether bone-​in or «boneless» are far inferior to places such as Wingstop).
I don’t get what they’re trying for here. The dining room is trying to be upscale but it’s still fast food? The price doesn’t justify what you get. which is basically a plateful of salt. Don’t bother. It’s no wonder both times I went here, it was empty.

My husband has been talking about going to Zaxby’s ever since we moved to Dallas. When he lived in Georgia, Zaxby’s was a state staple and he enjoyed eating there. After being on a retreat all weekend, I jumped at the chance to eat there.
We each ordered the chicken strips plate and substituted another slice of texas toast for the slaw. It was the right choice. The toast was buttery and crunchy. So good.
The french fries had a good seasoning on them and they were not overly greasy. The chicken was crunchy and had a good breading. My hubby likes the Zaxby’s sauce. I preferred the sauce at Raising Cane’s better.
I enjoyed the experience and we will be back.

Today was my second visit to Zaxby’s. I was expecting Zaxby’s to be the same as another competitor but I couldn’t be so wrong. Zaxby’s offer a wide variety of flavored wings, chicken strips, salad, onion rings, shakes and brownies. I’m not big on french fries but Zaxby’s makes me want to reconsider. They also have the ever so popular coke freestyle machine.
I highly recommend Zaxby’s and hope that business picks up for them. Each time I’ve visited, it is a ghost town. Also, be sure to sign up for Zaxby’s club to receive a free birthday meal.
