McDonald’s

So, Micky D is competing with who? The new «fresh» MAC JR?
I get the best hamburger at Burger Street, or Snuffer’s, or Outback.
I thought, maybe, Mc D, could market nutrition, but, alas, I did my research on the web. There is no health value at McDonalds, even with thier new pathetic effort.
I am done with their crap.
eat somewhere else. it will be better.

This establishment is dirty and the service is extremely slow.
Will not come here again.

Terrible service, waited 3 minutes at the register before I was even greeted. Not many people there or in drive thru, no excuse for ignoring a customer!
Also, the cashier didn’t speak enough English to answer a simple question.

They always get my order wrong. All food is served cold. Takes forever to get there. Hands down worst mcdonalds I’ve been to. I’d recommend just going an extra mile to go to a decent mcdonalds.

I had to get out of my car from the drive thru because at 1055 am they wouldn’t make the kids meal order I placed. I went inside to let them know that they they usually have a grace period of 15 minutes before and after. They then said well make it at 11 am only. They did take my order and at 1058 said it would be awhile before your order came out. I have never had this horrible of customer service from a McDonald’s in this area. Trust me there are 4 in the immediate area that would happily take my business instead. Save yourself the grief and go anywhere else.

This McDonald’s is poorly ran. They Always cean the bathrooms from 7:30 to 8:15 AM. When they are busy. Today my little girl ⁴¹⁄₂ needed to go potty. I told the lady, that spoke very little English that my little had to go potty very bad. She just said sorry. We had to go to subway. I yes you guess right. My little girl did not make it in time :(they can kiss it. We ill not be back and we will tell everybody not to go to this loction

Food… Although my nuggets were a little over cooked. The service… I waited 15 minutes (not exaggerating!) for my dollar burger and an order of nuggets. I will visit a different McDonalds if I feel like having their food while I’m in this area. Chili’s gets food to you in 15 minutes… And they aren’t considered a fast food restaurant.

We visit this McDonalds about once per week for breakfast. One week they forgot to put the syrup and butter in our bag but assured me it was at the bottom under the food. When I arrived home the items were not there.
Yesterday, we went back and I had to ask for the syrup for the pancakes and sugar for my tea. The food lady said, «If you want condiments, you need to tell the cashier because we do not have time to talk to you. We are on a time limit to get the cars out of the drive-​thru. If you do not ask for the condiments while giving your order, we will not give them to you.»
This is such a sad state that the employees are so rude about their job and employers are so rough on getting customers through like cattle.
By the way McDonalds, when a person orders pancakes, syrup should be provided without asking. When a person orders a biscuit, butter should be provided without asking. When a person orders tea of coffee, the order taker should ask if cream/​sugar is needed. I

If you really need to go to McDonald’s, you should try this one. They don’t have WiFi here, but there is a CHANDELIER in the middle of the dining room, which has wood trim everywhere and framed fake paintings on the wall. It has a very classy feel to the place and I would hang out here, if only my friends wouldn’t just refuse the thought.
Also, the McCafe drinks are quite good, but they are still quite expensive. If you want a cheap espresso you should go to the lobby of the Richardson Library. Cappuccinos, Mochas, etc are just 75 cents a cup.
