Wendy’s

Slow. Slow slow!
It took fifteen minutes for me to get a salad and a Frosty and there were only two parties (one party had already ordered) in front of me in the restaurant.
I wasn’t given plasticware nor napkins.
The Asian Chicken salad with cashews was delicious and fresh.
The vanilla frosty was delicious.
I’m only in town for one more day, but I would not return.

Typical Wendy’s food, really, and that’s just fine and dandy. But my goodness will they ever get my order right. Something’s always missing… Something’s always wrong. The degree of wrongness does vary from not giving me the dressing they charged me for to giving me someone else’s order altogether. This Wendy’s is always like pulling a slot machine handle — I haven’t hit triple 7’s yet but, what the hey, I guess I’ll throw another quarter in and see what I get.

This is one of the best chain fast food burger restaurants I’ve been too. They are accurate with your order and Lightning fast with your food.

This is a review after my second bad experience. I go there for lunch at least once a week.
When they’re slow they’re completely fine but during the lunch rush, they are completely disorganized. I get the chicken sandwiches and on each occasion they didn’t have any so i have had to wait both times 5 – 10 minutes for them to have it ready. I only get a 30 minute lunch… Then on top of that the drink was way too full and spilling over with the contents all over the cup which made it sticky. When I eat the «fresh» chicken I can never really tell if it’s fully cooked. Both times. I ended up throwing them both out only after eating half and deciding not to finish what I paid for! The lettuce on my most recent purchase didn’t smell or taste good and the bun was dripping (literally) with grease. They still charged me the full amount and didn’t offer anything for making me wait again and again I only have a 30 minute lunch. There went 20 minutes just to get my food BOTH times. I will no longer make this a once a week trip when I forget my lunch at home. I’m thinking more like a none a week trip. I wont be coming back to this location even when it’s slow.

Always forget something!!! Great place to go if you didnt want that 3^rd item or you dont like dressing with your salad. Lets be honest. 10% of people deserve to be unemployed.
With that thought in mind unemployment is low and this place is part of the reason. Its sad to see businesses suffer but I cant go back to this location any more when they cant do the job I just paid my good money for.
Another wasted lunch

As far as Wendy’s goes, I think this one is pretty darn good. This is my «work lunch» Wendy’s location and they are very efficient at handling a lunchtime crowd. I typically don’t do late night or drive thru at this location but I can say the dine-​in option has always done right by me. I think they recently changed managers but the last one who was there always knew my order and would get it ready for me when she saw me in line. I don’t get quite that good of service with the new lady but I’ve still yet to be disappointed.
Yes, it’s only Wendy’s but it’s a good one.

I always go through the drive through and have the hardest time with the person taking the order because of language barriers, mind you, I speak English. I give my order slow and clear, and sometimes the recipient will repeat my order correctly, but sometimes he’ll repeat something totally different and try to give me something else at the window. Its a pain to deal with, but its very close to where I live. 95% of the time the food is fresh, but there have been times where I have been disappointed with the limp fries.

Slowest freak’n service out of the many Wendy’s that I’ve ever been too. I keep forgetting this every time I stop by with my drunken munchies. I can’t help but to keep going there because it’s the closest one to me. Sigh…
It’s a Wendy’s. Food here is typical Wendy’s food.
