Dropped off a package with a preprinted label. The staff here was very helpful and offered to tape the package up for me. I was given a tracking number and the employee greeted me with a friendly smile. She was also doing a great job with a difficult client ahead of me and never seemed to lose her smile or her cool.

Their printers don’t work and employees lack the competency to trouble shoot or offer assistance. If you’re an «office» how can you not print? I’ve had this happen at this location before and will not return again to see it fail me again.

Relatively small location, does not carry many supplies and under-​staffed. I am used to FedEx Office locations being much better than this… they need a larger space and more staff.
