Did an order online to have lunch delivered to my workplace.
It was fast, efficient and easy.
Thanks! Having only 30 min lunches suck.
By time I pick up the food I only have 5 mins to eat.

Love their tuna salad. It is made with white albacore tuna, mayonnaise, onion, and celery. It’s worth it.

I LOVE Jimmy Johns. Today I made the mistake of choosing this one. After multiple attempts at ordering online and having my computer crash, I was able to place an order on my phone. Went in and they didn’t have it. They didn’t offer to make a sandwich, the girl just stood there telling me repeatedly that I called the wrong store. (It was on my phone as the correct store) it took a long time for them to get to actually making our subs. They finished them and didn’t cut them or make them to go as we asked, and I had to bag them myself. Every location I’ve been to has been filled with wonderful employees, and this was a severe disappointment. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Stick to the other locations.

Great service! I always get greeted upon entry. The employees pride themselves on speedy service. My order is usually ready in under a minute. Their bread is soft and yummy. I’m kind of a plain Jane, so I always order the Slim 5 with a bag of jalapeño chips. I love you, Jimmy Johns!

I frequent this location on days when I haven’t brought my own lunch from home. I drive from skillman/​audelia all the way up Plano road because their so freaky fast I still get back in time to eat leisurely and watch Netflix. I didn’t think I ate out often, but they must have seen me coming and started on the sub because they literally handed it to me right after I paid. Faster than my car, I am impressed!
Always friendly, smile and greet me when I walk in. The store is clean and smells like that delicious bread. Despite what others had said in lower reviews, the music is always fun. Thanks guys!

I’ve been to several Jimmy John’s locations, but this one is the absolute best. Ingredients are always fresh and tasty, staff is super nice and friendly, the service holds up to the company motto of being «freaky fast», and the store is very clean. This location is the model of what a JJ’s should be. If you don’t like Jimmy Johns as a company, there’s no reason to leave a bad review here. No one wants to hear about what you think they should be doing differently on a corporate level. #11 and thinny chips are the bomb. The bottom line is, if you’re a human being with a normal-​functioning brain, you like Jimmy John’s. And if you like Jimmy John’s, eat at this one.

We have eaten at Jimmy John’s before however the location was not all that great and very crowded at lunch time so we have not been back until we spotted this location in Richardson on Belt Line. Really a nice location and not one we usually see for a «sub» location. I had the VITO which was the origin sub and has provolone cheese, salami, onion, lettuce and a zesty vignette on a nice fresh roll. The ingredients were not skimpy and once you eat all of it you have and a full mean. My spouse got the turkey which consisted of turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, sliced cucumber and mayo. Service was excellent. You have choices of the various breads. The place was clean when we were there. Parking right out the front door. The location is at the end of a free standing shopping complex.

Avoid this store like the plague. The service here is horrible. Placed a web order for pickup, got home and they messed up the order. This was the first time I visited this store, and only because I was in the area. There was about a third the amount of meat that there should have been on the sub (I am a frequent flyer for this particular sub at my normal JJ in Irving), plus they left off all the toppings! I called to see if I could get a refund because the sub was so pathetic and they refused my request. Insisted instead that I take my 7 year old vomiting son back out, drive 20 miles back to this particular JJ store so they could remake my sub. Yeah, right. Will NEVER order from this store again and will post this experience everywhere. Management obviously doesn’t care about — and has no trouble ripping off and shorting — customers.

It wasn’t like wow you gotta try this place but more like an a-​ok sub. I was really curious about this place and had to try their subs. I got the #3 Totally Tuna, didn’t see anything different except the bread. Kinda bland needed more flavor in the tuna salad. The sub reminded me of banh mi mashed with Tuna salad. guessing it was the french bread. Yup, the bread was tastier than the ingredients inside. But I wouldn’t come back, rather get banh mi instead. The only thing that surprised me is the time it took to get my sub. Literally right after I paid they handed me the sub, probably had a dumb look on my face cause I was shocked.

I’ve been here several times and had the same thing everytime — The #4 Vito, which is basically an Italian sub. It’s good and like I said, been back several times for it. Much like their radio ads, Jimmy Johns is kind of an annoying place though. As soon as you walk in, they scream at you to greet you. I believe they have to scream because the darn sound system is always pumping at near capacity. This has also been my experience at the Plano-​Jupiter location. I don’t want to be pumped full of bass while I’m waiting for my sandwich, much less eating there. I think I’m not alone on this as I’ve never seen a single person eating inside this location. Turn down the music!
Anyhoo — I’ll be back, but never to eat inside. Good thing is, I usually don’t have to wait long. Everytime but once, they’ve had my sandwiches waiting for me to get done paying for them.
Like Kellie S. — I live just outside their delivery area. If they delivered to my house, I’d probably eat them every 2 weeks or more.

I was happy to find that Jimmy John’s opened up in Richardson closer to me. Unfortunately, I am still out of their delivery area. Darn it! Oh well, they tell me I can call in my order and my sandwich would be waiting for me when I pick it up. They are so quick and efficient that I doubt I’d need to do that. It took them less time to make my sandwich than it took for me to add this location to the Unilocal directory on my iPhone.
I ordered myself the #3, Totally Tuna with alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, lettuce, and tomato. I love alfalfa sprouts and cucumber together! It’s such a good combination in my opinion. Everything tasted so fresh and the sandwich is quite large. I told myself that I was only going to eat half and save the rest for later but it was so good I devoured the whole thing.
