Dr, Mazaheri is THE ONE to see for LASIK! I was so nervous about having this done, but once I spoke to him I knew he was it for me! He explained everything in detail & walked me through every step of the way. His office staff is great & very helpful. Booking my pre-​op, post– op & follow up appointments was so easy. The longest I waited was 10 minutes. He spent all the time I needed & answered all my questions before, during & after it was allo done. Ok, I did get my LASIK done here and overall was pleased with my experiences, but there are some major things that kept me from giving a higher rating.
The office is very nice and comfortable. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and accommodating. I feel comfortable being treated by these people. The location is good, no parking issues. The price was reasonable.
The main thing I don’t like is Dr. M’s treatment of his staff. He is sometimes outright rude to them and clearly thinks they are below him. This is just so unprofessional, and disappointing since I otherwise was happy here.
Oh, and he is never on time. Go expecting to wait a lot. In the waiting room, the exam room, anywhere else u go. This will not be an in and out appointment. Even if u go early in the day.
The quality of his care was excellent, and I would trust him to do surgery on my eyes again (which says alot!). But I really wish he would improve on the areas above, they really bothered me.
