This is one of the most pathetic experiences I’ve had in a long time! There were as many as 10 people standing around waiting for someone to help them at this FedEx store. There was one employee trying to help all of these people, while another three employees were in an office with the door partial open, ignoring all the customers. Some customers walked out in frustration! Must have been something super-​important! One star is too high.

Need to print a boarding pass or other simple document? Email it to
and this location will print it for you.
Since Spirit Airlines charges for boarding passes at the airport kiosk, I opted to save money by swinging by FedEx and paying 15 cents to print my single sided black and white pass. The clerk located my email right away and printed the PDF without any issues. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
They also have computer kiosks you can use for 31 cents per minute (which seems pricey) and printing from those kiosks will cost you 50c per sheet. I advise you to prepare your print jobs first and email them to save time and money.

Employee smoking right in front of door.
No acknowledgement within 10 minutes of entering.
Outdated equipment couldn’t print PDF’s off thumb drives.
Staff inside was going to re-​save my PDF’s for me because printing 5 pages would take 15 minutes.
Go to a Staples or anywhere else. Terrible service.

Went there today to use computer and print– too bad printer was BROKEN. It is a PRINT shop, isn’t it? They should have had a tech in right away or a second printer. Cashier seemed not to care very much…

They have usual services. Guy checking in not helpful… Prolonged wait and clearly showed preferences.
