The receptionist was super nice, friendly, and quick. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about my experience at this place. I had a really bad kink in my neck/shoulder, which had been going on for over a week, so I figured a massage would help me out a bit. I usually go with a one-hour, so that’s what I went with. Call me cheap, but whenever I’m paying for something that’s timed, I usually take note of the clock. For examples: 1. My appointment was at 11am. I guess the previous client before me was running late, which is fine. I thought that she’d just make up for it by running over our«time.» I wasn’t called in until about 11:05am. 2. After she led me to the room, explained everything and left, she came back at about 11:15am. 3. When she said the massage was over and left the room, I got up and checked the clock — 11:55am. Well, thank you. I paid for 1 hour and got 40 minutes. Not to mention, she didn’t even focus on what I wanted to be focused on.

As someone who has had back issues for many years, I have tried many massage therapy people and companies over the years. This particular Elements is the first that I have gone to that(no matter what therapist you choose) actually listens to my needs and delivers with a great massage each and every time. From the way you are greeted when you walk in the door, to the spot on recommendations that the therapist gives you on your way out. This is a community business that gets it and those are very, very few these days. Keep up the great work Elements!

If I were a rich man, I would pay to have a massage therapist to come to my house probably 3 times a week. Life would be beautiful. Well, Im not a rich man, but I feel like I have a serious addiction to getting massages. I am getting a massage probably once or twice every two weeks. If you have never gotten a massage, Elements is a great place to begin your soon to be addiction. I have had nearly all the therapist here and I can’t complain at all. They are all professional and each one has their own technique. I am on the member program where I get a discount on my massage… It works great for me.

I’ve been going to Elements(specifically Krystal) for a year now, and am still very happy. The massage is great and always on time, and the gals up front are courteous and helpful when I need to last-minute reschedule.

Had 55 min massage from Seize the Deal. Deal was for $ 24. After massage I was charged another $ 29. Buyer Beware! I did have a great massage. Pricing confusing!

I like my massages relaxing and soothing. This is exactly what I got with Jess. I become so relaxed that I dozed off a few times… this doesn’t happen very often for me when I get a massage. She did very little talking which I appreciate. After all, I am there for a massage not a full fledged conversation. She does a great job of working on areas that are troubling you and really listens to what you have to say. They rooms are extremely quiet which makes such a difference for relaxing. I have gotten massages by a few other ladies here, but none compare to Jess. I highly recommend her!

Had a 55min massage with Sylvia. I used a first time customer discount from their website. The building is new and nice and clean. They have many therapists to choose from with different specialties. I like that they have varied hours, so it seemed like it would be easy to get evening or weekend appointments. They do bill some health insurance companies, so that is ice. They also offer special pricing if you join their«wellness program» which seems like it might be a good deal. Overall, a great massage and I would got back any time!
