From what I understand, the whole concept behind Krispy Kreme was always you get and should expect fresh warm doughnuts… not cold and what seems day old dry doughnuts with zero service. You guys wanna serve old, dry doughnuts then cut the price in half and let us know what were getting isn’t warm, freshly made doughnuts. Winco/Safeway, so much better and cheaper. Disappointing.

They manage to keep their doughnuts tasting great even when they’re not fresh. The lady at the front was nice. The oreo chiller I had was wonderful. I ended up spending a bit of money, but I’d say the prices compare well with other things you can get around here.

Poor customer service. Ignored for over 5 minutes even though there were two workers that both made eye contact with me and neither one said they’d be with me in just a minute or sorry about the wait. Then once someone did come to take our order he walked off with the box completely ignoring me again. Lady working counter finally asks if I’ve been helped and then takes over my order but when it’s time to ring up she doesn’t give me a total. She says she has to ring it up on a separate machine so she can’t give me my total, so to just give payment. Guess that works if I’m paying with card but what if I had been paying with cash? Just supposed to guess what the price is gonna be. Would be understanding to deal with that kind of service if the doughnuts were as good as I remember them being 10 years ago, but they weren’t, they were grocery store quality doughnuts at their worst. Will stick with yokes.

The doughnuts are great! But when I got a frozen drink I asked for no whip and they put whip and I payed for a dozen doughnuts and only got 11:(not worth paying 8 $ for

I am a major Krispy Kreme fan… so I was very excited to learn that a new store would be opening in our area.(I have frequented both Portland stores numerous times) I have been to the Kennewick location 3 times and ALL3TIMES the donuts were very stale. I would say some at least 1 – 2 days old… The cream filled chocolates especially. 3rd strike… not coming back.

Yes the line can be long but it’s for donuts so who cares? This is definitely a family treat. Going to have to double my efforts at the gym tomorrow. Don’t understand why anyone would complain about this place. It’s a nice upgrade to the area.

It’s Krispy Kreme! How can it not be 5 stars? Brand new store… Fresh hot donuts!(If you’ve never had a Krispy Kreme donut fresh off of the line you are missing out on one of life’s experiences!) Nice selection, with a coffee bar… It’s not healthy, it’s not fat free, they are a mouthful of glutinous delight oozing sugar!

The store smells funny, not like what I would expect a bakery or donut shop to smell like. It’s more of an industrial smell. The donuts are nothing special, not much different than what is available at any mediocre grocery store, other than being overly-drenched in a sugar coating. The chocolate coated crime filled donut I tried tasted of too much artificial flavoring. And to top it all off, these sugar-bombs are horribly overpriced. $ 1.25 per donut? Crazy! If they were 50¢ each, I *might* be tempted to stop by occasionally. Beverages are way overpriced too. Small iced coffee for something like $ 1.89 — and maybe 12 ounces.

Being loyal Spudnut fans we swore that we would not darken the door of this national chain but it was father’s day and my hubs wanted a donut. The drive thorough was packed the interior was empty. We chose the two featured donuts, a strawberry sprinkle and a cream filled chocolate covered. My son got a cinnamon donut too. They were the overly sweet, air filled husks I had read about. Luckily we had cups of water and strong coffee to wash the sugar out of our mouths. One trip we shall not return. Very expensive too. Six donuts and two coffees costing over $ 16.

Went here after a dissapointing lunch at Hop Jacks. Walked in and had some warm donuts. the owner was there and she talked to us and gave us some free donuts. She was a really neet lady and cared about her customers which was really nice. will most deifinatly be going back… thank you.

This was my first Krispy kreme experience since I was a very young child. The donuts were fresh and soft but they weren’t warm and were way too sweet in my opinion. The service was okay… but they ran out of coffee at like 10am, which is annoying. Overall, not impressed.

Our first experience at Krispy Kreme was a pleasant one. The kids throughly enjoyed watching the donuts being made on the conveyor belt. The staff ended up giving us 6 fresh glazed donuts, which was very generous. The donuts were light, fluffy and delicious. The cost of the pastries is more than we would normally pay, but this was an experience the children would never soon forget.

The Staff is friendly and work quickly, both of which are appreciated with a new store that’s crazy busy! There’s been a huge line each time I’ve come or driven by, but it seems to move at a decent pace. The only reason I docked a star is because both times I went the«hot and ready» light was on, but the donuts were not hot/fresh. The donuts are light and don’t feel heavy in your stomach. Yummy!

Be prepared to wait! But it’s worth it! The donuts are fantastic. The service seems to be fine for a joint like this. The parking situation there at Walmart has been seriously disrupted by this new opening, so be careful when parking.
