This is one of the worst Qdoba restaurants I have been to. The service is rarely any good. They are all there to collect a check and it shows as they put forth minimum effort. The rice is very often under cooked and the steak is almost always over cooked. I have been here many times and each is a disappointment. I loved the Qdoba in Tukwila. It is what got me started on this franchise almost 6 years ago. If this was my only experience with Qdoba I would never return. I will not be returning here again but will continue to try other Qdobas.

Poor quality of service and poor quality of food. Keep giving extra chances hoping they’ll get things together but they never do. Meat is always dry, rice not cooked all the way and they’ve yet to learn how much rice and meat to put in the soup

Quite sad to update this but it’s fair warning to everyone. We ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito and neither one of us were satisfied. Food: –Dry rice –Small amount of protein –Limited amount of veggies –Lack of flavor –Old guacamole Service: –Slow –Seemed confused(steamed/pressed the tortilla for about 1.5 seconds instead of the standard 3 – 4 seconds) –Disorganized(Instead of preparing one order at a time, she alternated between my order and hubby’s order of everything. My rice, his rice, my beans, his beans, my meat, his meat… HUH?) I can disregard the strange service if the food was good but it wasn’t. Not sure I’d go back anytime soon.

Horrible stale chips! Super skimpy on the taco fixings. The queso dip for the chips tastes like over cooked fondue. Never again! Absolutely gross!

Food was average for what we expected. Service was so-so; not very customer friendly. The biggest take away was the place is really dirty. Napkins and food on the floor throughout, trash cans in both the dining area and behind the counter overflowing. The restroom was also not very tidy. We were there at a calm time of day on a Sunday, so i would have expected it to be cleaned up from any rush.

Mediocre tacos that cost way more than they are worth. I went in and got the Drunken Yardbird tacos, after each taco it seemed more bland towards the end. It’s not terrible but if you’re looking for some mediocre food in a hurry then this would be good.

Three fifty for one taco? No thanks Went today. Didn’t know you could get flour tortillas not just corn. Expensive. And the meat wasn’t good. Wife’s burrito just fell all apart. They need lessons on how to wrap them. Oily and not flavorful at all. I wouldn’t suggest it if you really like tacos. You’ll be disappointed.

So disappointed. Got an order to go, and our 2 kids meals were absolutely inedible. We drained ½c. of grease off of their quesadillas — no joke, we measured it because we were just dumbfounded that it would be served that way. The other quesadilla has so much greasy cheese and maybe 2oz of shredded beef(although it was actually good). My husband called back to the store and asked for a refund at least for the kids meals and the manager offered free entrée cards but I’m not sure we would ever use them. We hardly ever splurge on a dinner out, and we were sad to part with our $ 40 for this meal when the best part was the chips.

This is like a spicier version of Chipolte, Baja Fresh etc. While the food was good, I was barely able to eat ½ of it due to heartburn, which forces me down star to 3. The staff was very friendly, however when picking even the mildest ingredients, if I have to toss it then I prob wont be back. Husband who loves spicey food enjoyed it, so I uprated it, but consumer beware, this food comes with some heat!

Great burritos and more. They don’t skimp and don’t charge extra for things like guacamole and sour cream that should be included like some others. Great variety of queso sauces and salsas too. Just wish they’d bring back the Savory queso!

This Qdoba was pretty tasty. Lately they’ve been doing a «Buy 3 tacos, get 3 free» on Sundays. Each taco is $ 3, which is on the higher side, but the tacos are more complex than the usual. It’s also nice to get to mix and match. My veggie taco was quite tasty and included a quesadilla over the taco shell. The drunken yardbird was juicy and flavorful. Inside the décor is upbeat and modern. I would come back for some fresh Mexican food.

I was lucky enough to be invited to a preview night before the store opened. The entire menu was offered on the house and my friend and I tried a whole bunch of things. I think it’s good, but not amazing. I hate to be one of «those» people but Chipotle is much better. I think it’s the seasoning on their meat that throws the taste off for me, it just tasted like taco seasoning which was not what I was expecting(maybe I should have since it is a Mexican restaurant). I was also super weirded/grossed out with the idea of putting queso in my burrito, the kid behind the counter convinced me to at least get it on the side and try it, I did and no thanks I can’t in good conscious pour hot cheese all over my burrito haha, totally negates the«fresh ingredients» that they market, but I guess some people are really into that. I was impressed by their young staff, they were all so kind and ready to serve! I really liked the vibe of the place and the employees. I will totally be back and I am stoaked that we are getting more restaurants like this in the tri cities.

To start with. I am not a qdoba newbie. I’ve been eating it for years so I’m well versed in what my experience should be like. The food here is a bit lower quality than the stores that have been around for a while. Some might say they need to «get in the groove» still, I would rather say«there is a lack of training.» In fact. This entire review could sum up with simply stating the employees need more training. Confusion in the line about who got what, putting meat on food that didn’t want meat, etc. It all just felt like it was thrown together. Can Chipotle open already? Maybe the competition will help motivate these guys to do better.

The food was nice and fresh. I prefer Qdoba over Costa Vida any day. Great taco salads even though they don’t have shredded chicken or beef. Quite a few healthy options as well. The service was okay. You can tell they are new. In time it will get better.

I enjoyed the food as I ordered three of the Two Timer tacos. The tacos had a lot of flavor and I enjoyed the taste of the grilled chicken. The price of the three tacos was $ 9.00 which is a little more expensive than what I’m use to, but the ingredients are very fresh. The only negatives was that the tortilla chips were salty and there is only one beverage dispenser for the entire restaurant. I would recommend that they get some kind of water only dispenser. I’m not too fond of the new pop dispensers as some kids like to monopolize it and there’s usually a long wait involved.

Review of Qdobas in general: Ok/Fine/Pretty good. Four stars. Review of this particular Qdoba: It’s obviously new and they’re still getting their feet underneath them and training their staff. Everyone was really nice, so I’ll give them that. But the service was slow, and the scoops they put in my burrito were teeny tiny, and they didn’t heat up my tortilla(don’t they usually heat up your tortilla? There’s a tortilla warmer right there.) I think Qdoba’s food is pretty eh in general, but this was even more so. I don’t know that I’ll stop by again, but I’m certainly not a hater. I’m just ambivalent.
