I’m so disappointed by this location. they are not chatty and are rushed with you when it is isn’t busy at all. My daughter is five and likes to order her own drink and pay. she has it down pact and speaks clearly and loudly. yet everytime the women just stares at her annoyed and then asks me what we want to order. As if she has not geard her at all. Every single time! Very rude!!! They don’t carry any of the AMAZING salads and cold sandwiches normal starbucks do.
I’d extremely recommend walking a few stores over to the location in Safeway. They are much much more friendly and hospitable.

They remember my name and drink!
Lots of seating and plugs and people that enjoy their jobs.
I like their cool employee photographs and the chemical wall art, they’re more a part of the community than most Starbucks.

No pumpkin latte today! Or ever for me for that matter.
I entered the door with an employee opening it and saying,“Hello!” warmly.
The line of customers was cheerful with the baristas. They were singing about making coffees the way the customer wants them!

This is the first time that I got a beverage from Starbucks and found it palatable. I got a pumpkin spice latte, and I highly suggest going to Barracuda’s if you like this sort of thing… theirs is WAY better (and it isn’t Starbucks). The service was good, but provided by people who were far too happy to be working in Starbucks.
