Saw Kendra as a referral from a friend. My hair is always a challenge to every hairdresser I’ve ever seen but Kendra nailed it with the first haircut.

I will try to figure out what to say or how many stars to give this place as i write. I definitely had eperiences.
I had 2 great cuts from the same person. I wanted to see her again. There were major hassles and miscommunications. It was put on me that I didn’t meet her scheduling criteria even tho I was asking for times she had told me she was free.
I had rude treatment when I went in in person to try to schedule it.

Richland, WA
Needed to get a haircut quick: had to get to a softball game in 30min. I asked if the Hair Masters could handle the task, and they said, «15−20min tops». So, it was on.
I generally don’t go to places to get my hair cut (do the buzz cut on my own), but every once in a while, my mane needs serious attention.
I was lucky to have a stylist who had the touch. She hooked me up – even with my lack of descriptive words to convey what I was wanting. Also talked about music & trips to europe — am I in the Tri-​Cities? :)
