Disappointed to say the least. I have been there multiple times and the employees are too busy smoking their own pens to offer any help to the customers. The shop has a sweet set up but the personalities behind the counter ruin it.
I recently spent $ 300 on a fresh set up, which the cashier dropped on the counter during check out. Took it home that night and it would no longer hold a charge. When I took it back the next day they treated me like crap and told me it was my loss. Sorry, but customer service doesn’t exist at this place. I would recommend any other vape shop in town.
I wish I could say differently, but being treated so poorly was disappointing.

Not very impressed with this place. 120 dollars for an evic mini vtc with batteries. 99 for the kit. My vapor store has the same kit for 56 dollars. With batteries (2 Samsung) it’s 74 dollars and change. I don’t like people trying to pull one over on me for 46 dollars. Walked in and they were polite enough but prices aren’t great

Vape head origins is my go to shop the people there are great, it is a very welcoming store plus very helpful with a great selection the only negative thing i have to say about the place is, there is none! They help me with what ever i need and are great help
