This salon, service and stylist is THE absolute best I’ve encountered. I’m visiting from Las Vegas, NV and was in dire need of a root touch up, and trim, and Tiffany really did a fantastic job! Whenever I’m in town this salon will be at the top of my priority list.

Carmen did a WONDERFUL job! I had been growing my hair for a few years to donate and was very anxious about cutting off so much length. I explained to her what I was thinking about doing and she gave me her professional opinion to tweak it to fit my specific wants/​needs. She also offered to fix it at no cost if I didn’t like it after a few days. She spent a lot of time on my haircut and was a joy to work with. She has definitely found a new returning customer!

Christie was amazing! She knew exactly what to do with my hair, and it turned out amazing. I will be a regular from now on!

I love this place. But they are always booked! (Which should tell you something)… I never leave without making another appointment 7 weeks out. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hair stylist. All of the stylist I’ve seen do beautiful cuts and color; I’ve also been here for an updo and loved it!

Nathan did my color this morning and he was very sweet and kind. He fixed a color error by another stylist. He knows his stuff and after talking with him today he has worked/​trained in really great salons. This kept me at ease as he did my hair. It will take about four to six months to get my color back to normal. Never did he make me feel bad about my situation. Very professional.

Two stars solely because the woman who did my manicure was very sweet. Or else no stars. She was also a hairstylist and evidently was never taught how to give a manicure. They hardly have a nail polish selection and the polishes were old. My manicure took and hr and a half and it was bumpy and had bubbles and chipped within a few days. Like I said the woman was very sweet but worst manicure service I’ve ever had

Once again I have come out of Unilocal hiding to review a great location.
I am in Savannah for the summer visiting my parents and needed to get my haircut. Amber cut my hair and I had a wonderful experience.
Pros:
1. excellent consultation. She really talked, asked me questions, and tried to understand how I live my life to give me the best haircut for my lifestyle.
2. She let me have my glasses on during some of the haircut so I could check it and make sure we were on the same page.
3. She taught me how to deal with my hair in this Savannah humidity. She spent quite a bit of time teaching me how to use the pomade and how to style my hair so that it will look cute even from home.
4. Coffee, tea, water and that GREAT Aveda smell!
5. Amber has moved to this salon recently and so she has lots of experience with new clients. She is young, hip, and realistic about how much skill real people have when it comes to styling their hair.
6. She taught me how to style it later on so I don’t have to have my haircut as frequently.
7. Reasonable prices — especially for an Aveda salon. They are usually higher than other places but they were about $ 15 less than other places I checked. Plus I got a $ 20 off coupon from their website for being a new client.
Cons:
1. The shop is hard to find and kind of far out for people living in the city. There should be an address on the large sign near the street.
I will definitely return to this salon.

Love them for my hair — Jewel is fantastic. However recently got a mani and pedi and it was just okay. The don’t currently have a nail tech so girls who do hair normally are filling in. 2 second massage. No top coat. Polish on hands bubbled. Won’t go there again for a mani/​pedi.

The best Salon and Spa in town! Iris is the sweetest stylist I have ever had, she always knows what I want, and what I’m thinking. Aveda products are the best, and of course, being a concept salon they only use these. Love it! Karen gives the best facials =)

I have to give five stars for my awesome hair cut from Rachel. I’ve been in Savannah almost 3 years and had tried almost every salon to get a decent cut. My hair is super curly and Rachel did an amazing job with it. Not only did it look great when I left the salon but it looked just as good when I styled it myself. The salon is gorgeous, the staff is professional, and the prices were very reasonable!

My daughter purchased 2 salon visits for her and myself. What follows is what transpired. Needless to say, I have nothing good to say about a place that rips you off.
They were being cancelled the day of treatment due to travel problems (stuck in Dallas b/​c of flight delays) Otherwise, I would have called prior to 24hrs. They would only give me my money back for one purchase because I obviously couldn’t make it but would not redeem the other spa viist for a coupon or voucher for my mom to use at a later time. So 130 lost… was told they would ask the manager and call back to let me know one way or the other and only called to reverify the reason I couldn’t make it and NEVER called back.
