Stopped for a one night stay on the way to a cruise in Florida. Room was dirty. Door didn’t shut all the way. Oh, and if you like hearing the train every 2 hours, this is the place for you.

I was hesitant at first to book a hotel in richmond hill, let alone a days inn there. I couldnt go off the reviews alone because there were ones good and bad so I took a chance. when i arrived the front desk attendant was very nice. when i opened the door to my room my mouth dropped! I didnt expect the renovation to look so good. big plasma tvs, marble-like shower walls, repainted walls, etc. In all I enjoyed my stay and would return. The only problem was parking.

We stopped in at random off I-95. The room was clean and the reservation dude was super friendly. There is a decent pool that we didn’t use, but I wish we were there long enough to have used it. It’s essentially attached to a Denny’s. So while, they offer a small continental breakfast, you’ll have 24 hour opportunities to eat.

This is very nice for a days inn. We’re driving from NJ to FL and we stayed at another Days Inn in NC and it was below par. The bed is very comfortable. There is a pool in the courtyard. Free breakfast. Pets are welcome! Great value for the price.

Stopped here tonight by chance Said they had plenty of truck and trailer parking … Well if people knew how to park then maybe… But they don’t so we managed to get our truck and 53′ trailer in but did bock some people… Room was very clean(sorry no pics this time I totally forgot) Beds are comfortable and pillows new an fluffy Large flat screen tv satalite Free wifi Fridge and microwave Bathroom clean good linens They could replace the old worn out comforters Carpet seemed to be just ok They do accept pets A lot of shady people around but it is Friday night My train tracks so be prepared to hear trains all night Somewhat pricey for what you get All in all it’s an ok place to lay your head for a night If in the area we might stay again Just get here early if your in a large vehicle or truck and trailer

We stopped on a road trip from Florida to New York and had to stop. They had available rooms. From an experience of many bad and good hotel/motels this was such a. Great stop. They had a mini fridge microwave and coffee maker, even great wifi. I mention small things because we just came back from a HORRIBLE hotel we stayed at for a week that had horrible wifi and no coffee maker. Point is the people at the front desk we’re very nice, the price was amazing for a 2 bedroom room, 55 $! The employers we’re so sweet and helpful. They had free hot breakfast, and the rooms were so clean. They didn’t smell like old nasty motels it seemed fairly new. My family and I we’re very satisfied :) definitely recommended !

First of all let me start out by saying I love this hotel. It is great, friendly, clean, and basically my second home because our family stays here for weeks at a time because my husband is a truck driver. The staff is great and very friendly, and our room is always ready, clean, and comfortable. For some reason this week, we stayed in a different room. Everything seemed fine, except for having to kill not one, but two bugs that were crawling around. I have a 10 month old so you can imagine how unhappy I was. I understand a few bugs here and there is just shocked me to see them at this hotel. This morning I woke up itchy and red, covered in bites. I’m pretty certain they are flea bites because we stayed in a pet room. I am covered in them and very very uncomfortable and taking all precautions as to not spread them to my daughter. Overall I love this hotel, but I just wish this past stay hadn’t ended up the way it did, with a very unhappy and uncomfortable mommy. We stayed in room 118 this time around, instead of our usual room so I’m sure that it isn’t a problem elsewhere or I wouldn’t be able to stay as often as I do. The room we are normally in leaves me happy and with not 100 bug bites on my arms, chest, and left eye. It’s pretty horrible but I still love this hotel and know they can get this figured out. I would give this hotel 5 stars, except for my recent visit which is why it is only 4. I still enjoy everything about this place and will definitely be coming back, but I want our normal room back, not another one!

I think we all know that Days Inn is not trying to be a 5 star hotel. Their sunflower and grapefruit shampoo was a fabulous attempt at classing the joint up. For $ 79 during a vacation heavy weekend, you get what you pay for. According to my husband, a chiropractor would do well to set up shop next door. However, I had no problems with the bed. The pillows could be replaced though. They were as lumpy as my grandmothers secret mashed potato recipie. All in all, decent hotel for the price. No bed bugs and showers were clean. Enjoyed some hidden gems thatbthe town had to offer. Molly MacPhersons Scottish Pub for dinner and Great coffee shop(Way Station Café) down the way. Days Inn did offer coffee and a complimentary breakfast but I did’t want to push my luck.

Very happy with my choice to stay here. Check out my pics! Clean room. Friendly staff. Quiet location. Breakfast was good for what it was the 10% off at Denny’s sight the room key was great for both supper and a real breakfast. Travel coupon book offered the room for less than 40.00 after tax, for someone who travels all the time this is a great deal.

While traveling, we often use hotel coupon books to save money. Many of the coupons exclude Friday and Saturday nights, or specify a surcharge for those nights. We choose this hotel because there were no extra charges listed for Friday night. Some hotels also limit coupon usage when they are at or near capacity. When I showed up with my coupon, they quoted a higher rate citing«the weekend and availability». I could tell from the parking lot that they were mostly empty. I would have gone elsewhere, but I had already parked the large boat I was trailering, and I didn’t want to move it again. As far as the hotel itself, it is what you would expect from an older, low priced, Days Inn. Good News: Room was clean and didn’t smell bad. Plenty of parking if you have a truck or trailer. Only 500 feet from the Smokin Pig BBQ restaurant, a great place to eat. Bad News: Minor plumbing problems. Heat difficult to adjust, was always too hot or too cold. The two electrical outlets I used were old and worn out, Plugs were lose causing arcing. This is a serious safety/fire hazard.(Room 124). Several stray cats wondering around outside our room. Breakfast ranks low even for a low end hotel.
