Room was clean and smelled nice. You can tell they are older and have been redone. The pool area was clean and they had good breakfast. I liked the attached restaurant Snazzy. Cheap prices and decent food. All in all it was decent for such a cheap price.

Left this motel because we were placed in a pet room although we do not have pets and told the front desk lady twice that we did not have pets. Got to our room, it was missing a drawer but had a nice tv and the world’s smallest microwave(it works though). Got under the sheets looking to turn in and found a flea on my arm. I then noticed more fleas on my shoes and clothes. Man at front desk was understanding and said we should not have been placed there because we don’t have pets and had to call someone to see what to do. They said they couldn’t refund us but we wouldn’t be charged. Nice TV and staff won them two stars.

I have stayed here twice this year. In July they had live music at the very large pool area. Also ping pong table and sand volley ball court. The Snazzy Hot Wings bar and grill next door must work with the motel. You actually get your breakfast by the restaurant. I’ve never had more fun at a motel as we did in July. Live music and cocktails served by the pool. It doesn’t get any better. The rooms are only average. My double room in July was cramped. But my king room in October was nice and above average for choice hotels. Prices are very low and indicate the smaller room sizes.

Please don’t ignore the other reviews like we did, it was really as bad as everyone warns! They claimed the pool had been cleaned the day before but the bottom was covered with guck and the top few inches of water was a bacterial collection of film. Yes it smells, yes there’s mold, bathroom door didn’t close, and we had an additional friend… Had to call front desk to kill a HUGEBROWNRECLUSESPIDER in our room! I do have to applaud the young man from the front desk who came to kill the spider– he did a great job as he successfully carried out the task without it jumping on us or our bags. I wish I remembered his name because I would tell the company he should be promoted for what he has to deal with! He did say he would have his manager adjust room rate more(which is cheap for a reason), but apparently the manager said no. Oh, and the pics of place look nice, but they are for the attached bar/restaurant NOT the hotel. You have to eat there and spend $ 10/person to use those amenities.

Clearly this motel is being renovated slowly so I will let some issues go. The staff was fantastic, friendly and always greeted us. We requested a room away from the road and were situated inside the area with the pool. It was not noisy at all. There were three rooms used for our traveling party on this night. All were clearly recently renovated. The areas that were skimped were the toilets. The work was shoddy and the tub and toilet came over on the mayflower. The shower head upgrade was nice and the extended curtain hanger kept the small tub from making me claustrophobic. Several walls had chipped paint and water stains that indicated there were some still existing issues someone just covered up and walked away from. We checked the beds for bedbugs and all we found was some fresh mouse turds between the headboard and the mattresses in one room. The rooms were actually pretty clean otherwise. We ate at the recently opened Sassy’s since it was close and I have a weakness for boobs and beer. That was a pretty decent experience as well. Look for that review under my profile as this one is on the motel. The continental breakfast was by far the worst I have EVER had in in my lifetime! You are issued tickets to gain entry, but don’t worry, no one will ask for them… It was staffed by two women, one was caring to the front of the house, the other in the kitchen. Both were effectively disengaged. We had to tell her there were no plates. No one was refilling the only things you could eat(yogurt, doughnuts, cereal). The only items that were good were the items made off site. The runny eggs, charcoal briquette sausage patties, over done buscuits, and cold lumpy sausage gravy left us wishing we had gone to a Waffle House. Seriously — if I owned this motel, the manager who was responsible to training these two and making sure my guests had a good experience would be fired. Bottom line — decent renovations under way — eat breakfast elsewhere… Please use the buttons below to rate my review! Feedback is appreciated!

was okay. Not great. room was clean. Beds uncomfortable. We had a nonsmoking room but had to walk through smokers to get to the room. Bleah. Front desk person was very nice and helpful. However, we had to call because there was no coffeemaker in the room(there WAS coffee). There were no additional coffee makers available. So we were offered to move. Um, no. We had our cat with us and there were no outer pet rooms avallable. So we had to trek around to the courtyard and schlep everything(through the smokers). Walls very thin… could hear conversations, coughing(the smokers), tvs, etc. Also, they had a feral cat nearby who kept calling out to our kitty. We felt bad for him but knew we couldn’t help him. Packed up and tried to get ice to add to the cooler, but ice machine was broken.

Quality Inn, Richmond Hill Ga. Off exit 87 I 95. The price $ 39.95 with coupon, however the traffic rumble from the I 95 overpass yards away was continuous. The room was worn, chipped paint and furniture with intricate patterns of mold in the grout of the shower wall. The WIFi was too slow.

This place wanted like $ 67 for a saturday night, luckily we found a coupon for $ 36 for the night in a free hotel coupon book. This hotel was worth NOMORE than $ 36. The lady at the front desk was not nice. She obviously did not know that when you work the front desk and deal with customers you’re supposed to say goodbye and thank you for calling when ending a phone conversation, but she just hangs up. We got a nonsmoking room but we walked in and immediately smelled smoke. It wasn’t completely overwhelming but it was noticeable. The beds were uncomfortable and the bed runners were frayed and barely hanging onto the bed. The pool was nice, 8ft at its deepest, but it felt like lukewarm bath water so I opted to not go swimming. The rooms are around a courtyard where sound carries and there was a family out in the middle yelling and talking loudly until after 2am so it kept me up. We didn’t try the food because we opted to go into Savannah for dinner. We were about 20 minutes from the historical district of Savannah so it was a little farther than I was expecting. I would never stay here again and do not reccomend paying a penny over $ 36, totally not worth it. But you get what you pay for, but if you pay full price(around $ 67) you will be highly disappointed.
