We had a wonderful night stay at this hotel. Jeremy checked us in quickly, and off we went to our room. The hotel lobby was quaint and clean. Jeremy was cheerful and a little bit of a jokester! The room was bigger than anticipated, clean and crisp. The bathroom was hair-free!(Big deal to me). We slept well, woke up refreshed, and went on our way. The breakfast on the way out was decent. Typical offerings, such as waffles, bacon, coffee, juice, we’re available. All in all, we had a good stay.

This hotel was very clean and peaceful. The beds are super comfortable and the staff was professional. The only reason I could not give this hotel 5 stars is because I have stayed at nicer Hampton Inns. Richmond Hill is a small country town, but I believe Hilton should do more than remodel a previous hotel chain and call it quits. Larger cities will often have a more updated Hampton Inn which would include larger space and more ammenities. Overall, I really cannot complain. It was enjoyable and I slept well in a clean and safe environment. What more could a traveler ask for? Thank you Hampton Inn of Richmond Hill, GA for a great overnight stay!

Clean rooms, awesome staff in the morning… sweet blonde haired lady that was very helpful and energetic each day. The only negative was that it was overpriced $ 159.00 and I would keep the door to the laundry room closed so your patrons don;t have to hear the loud talking of the employees that work in their. See you guys when I come back down!

Clean rooms :) and great service at the front desk. We made the reservation10 minutes before arriving and everything was ready when we got there. Breakfast was provided in to go bags since we left at 430am — it was great! Plus fresh coffee to go.

This hotel is older and hasn’t been updated in years but is perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The AAA rate of $ 103 was perfectly fair for a clean room, mediocre internet connection and comfortable bed. The room has a microwave and refrigerator but lacks a desk. There is a small table and two chairs. The room has poor lighting. TRAVELTIP: Pack an extension cord! Hotels are notorious for the lack of electrical outlets. The age of the hotel shows mainly in the lobby, stairwell and elevator as well as the weird country room furniture. One MAJOR compliant is the folks that excessively smoke outside the all entrances/exits which wafts into the lobby, elevator and hallways. Ruby Tuesday is two exits north. At the Ruby Tuesday exit there is another Hampton Inn but the rate jumps to $ 159+. We felt the difference isn’t warranted. We have stayed at this Hampton Inn in route to NY before and will probably do so again.

We have never had a bad experience at a Hampton Inn and this property was no exception. We were greeted promptly and professionally. The front desk representative was friendly yet professional. She was especially helpful and patient while helping us decide where to have dinner. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a welcome addition to the service with a wide variety of breakfast items to choose from. We only wish that the company could find a way to offer«real» eggs at their properties.

Found this spot while looking at hotels at the SC /GA Visitor center, on our way to Florida. It’s very convenient to I-95, just about 2 blocks down on Rt. 17. Hotel is very clean, the staff was very friendly and room was just what we needed for a quick stay. There are lots of fast-food places within walking distance and the hotel includes breakfast. Internet is free and faster than most hotels. For the price of $ 80 a night, I give it four stars.

The most horrible experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. The night desk clerk refused to honor our reservation through Expedia even though it was displayed in my email. She was rude, refused to help us or give me the name of the manager. I have just gotten the charges removed for rooms I never got. Stay away from here. Hampton/Hilton have yet to respond to a formal complaint.

3 ½ STARS This is a perfectly nice roadside hotel. It’s clean with large rooms and a decent complementary breakfast buffet from 6 — 10 am. Steamers, an okay dinner joint, is just up the road. Cautionary note: the bathtubs are slippery, so take care. Best to shower with a friend, I think.

Stayed here when I took my dad on a fishing trip. Clean rooms, great service and pricey but was definitely worth it. If I remember correctly no pets are allowed here for you traveling pet owners. This location is newer and does have a nice pool. If you want something to eat you’ll have to drive back onto I-95 to find something worthwhile.
