Good food and service. I order at least once a week and have never had any problems with the food or the service. Glad to see they are getting some adults in there though.

First of all I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. I don’t know how a pizza place can operate if they do not know how to properly cook the dough. In this case we ordered two calzones. The dough was stretchy just like Plado. I called and talked to the manager Jennifer and explained that the dough was raw and could ultimately make people sick. I didn’t ask for my money back and I was not angry. I simply told her our situation and she did not offer to do anything about it! This place is run by a bunch of high school kids that do not have any training whatsoever. We definitely will not be returning. $ 34 dollars for an uncooked meal. Very disappointing.

Food is okay, but they can not get orders right to save their life. My family has had delivery orders 5 times and each time part of the order is missing. They promise to go back and get the missing food, so you go ahead and pay for it plus a nice tip of course. and then they don’t show back up. Never. When you call they just say«well do you want a credit?» No, I would like the person who promised to come back and bring the food they forgot. Obviously someone is missing their food! Ridiculous. Check your order and don’t pay unless its complete.

This is the first time I have ever posted a review on anything. I would normally never complain or take the time to write about a restaurant for any particular reason but. Thursday night would be the 3rd time Stoners Pizza has messed up my order. It was relatively simple. A large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. What was delivered to my house was a plain cheese pizza. I called back and was nice about it. The girl on the phone offered to bring another pizza but it was late and my kids were hungry. She tells me she will just give me a credit on my next order. I say sure that’s fair. Ppl make mistakes. A free pizza is the right thing to do, even if it’s on my next order.(Although they had my card on file) Nope, that’s a credit for $ 1.97 for the toppings they left off! Wtf. Seriously? I ordered something and you delivered something completely different. Keep your $ 1.97. It apparently doesn’t pay to buy local. Sad. The pizza was pretty good. I’ll never call them again though.

Inconsistent! I feel like they have high schoolers running this place. When the food is good, it’s really good. Deliveries are almost always way late and your guaranteed to be put on hold when you call in your order. We ordered a thin crust bbq chicken pizza tonight. We got thin crust with cheese and chicken, no bbq sauce. Once we ordered a bbq pork pizza and got buffalo chicken. If the service were better if give it 5 stars.

What? Really? Had what they call a chicken parm… chopped up chicken breast with some type of sauce on bread. Bad. really bad.

Very disappointed. My first pizza a couple weeks ago was outstanding. I thought I had found my new pizza place. Today I ordered a large veggie pizza. Or I should say a ball of cheese with veggies on it. There was virtually no bread whatsoever. Not only that but the taste was not there. The veggies must have not been dried after rinsed, if they were even rinsed but the taste is so watered down and out They must have gotten real lazy I wonder why?

If you’re reading this then you’re probably, like me, trying to discover the best pizza place in Richmond Hill because let’s face it we seem to have more choice than most! :) In short don’t choose Stoner’s. As its name says, it may well be run by some stoned out hippies because it took 2 hours for delivery. Perhaps they got lost on the road trip, dude? I placed an order at 1630 on a Sunday and at 1830 the food arrived. I was on the phone to the manager(Jen), who apparently doesn’t know how to deal with customers, but hey I guess I’m one of those guys with unrealistic expectations — you know — fast delivery, food that isn’t rubbery when you eat it, and she explained that’s just how long it takes. I tried to find the apology in there, but it seemed to have been lost along with any taste the food actually may once have had. Fortunately for all you Richmond Hill pizza eaters you’ve got lots of choice. Shop elsewhere is my advice. Their pizza is rubbery and tasteless. Wings were overcooked and the BBQ sandwich was about as good as some beef jerky sandwiched between two pieces of stale bread. Total cost was $ 40. You can get much better deals elsewhere.

Yesterday, late afternoon(06-20-2015), I had a craving for a meatball sub and decided it was a good time to try the new Stoner’s Pizza Joint restaurant in Richmond Hill. I looked at their menu online and was particularly impressed with the following: «Our fresh made italian meatballs covered with marinara sauce and smothered with mozzarella cheese.» FRESHMADEMEATBALLS! SWEET! … none of that crappy frozen meatball stuff that anyone can pick up in a grocery store! As I proceeded to call in my order, my daughter asks me to order her a veggie pizza. I then dial the number for Stoner’s and talked to a sweet little order-taker. After giving her my order for a veggie pizza, I took the time to ask about the meatball sub. I asked her if, indeed, the meatballs were fresh or frozen. At first she was unsure, then proceeded to tell me that they came«frozen, out of a bag.» WHAT? … I responded. OHNO, just another frozen food crappy meatball sub misrepresented as «FRESHMADE.» I informed the order-taker that the menu on their website stated that the meatballs were fresh-made and further told her that if I wanted a meatball sub made from frozen food, I could go to the grocery store, pick up a pack of hoagie rolls and frozen meatballs and make it myself. She seemed unmoved by my statement and simply asked if there was something else I wanted, other than the veggie pizza. I told her, «Unfortunately, no,» and our conversation ended. After picking up the order and delivering it home, I can say that the veggie pizza was okay, but nothing special. Perhaps a bit better than something you might get at a big-chain pizza joint, but not spectacular. Nothing that would make me remember their food and make one want to return. In the end, I find Stoner’s Pizza Joint in Richmond HIll, Georgia(there are several locations in the Savannah area) a big fat let-down. The fact that they misrepresent their food on their menu makes me question their company ethics regarding food service. If the meatballs are coming out of a frozen food bag, then what else is frozen and being represented as «fresh made?» I suspect the wings are frozen as well, and the marinara/pizza sauce is probably from a jar of Ragu, directly off the grocery store shelf. When will local eateries open their eyes that«fresh-made from scratch» is not only intensely better and more flavorful, but cheaper to produce, as well. Instead, they take the quick and easy route and go for the frozen food angle and, in this case, blatantly misrepresent their product as «fresh made.» The reality is, Stoner’s is just another Mom & Pop«Pizza Joint» with great potential, destined for ultimate failure. Sad, because it doesn’t have to be that way.

This was my second time trying Stoner’s. The first time was very disappointing. I always like to give a new restaurant a second chance. I wish I hadn’t. The pizza was soggy and soft even though we requested well done. The dough and sauce were bland. The wings were mediocre. On a positive note, it didn’t take very long for delivery and the delivery person was very nice.

Pizza is good!!! It’s more of a thin crust pizza if you ask me. I did pick up with about a 30min wait which is fine. The wings were my favorite but not as spicy as I was going to expect. But overall it’s a good place to get a pizza and wings!

This place didn’t open too long ago, but I don’t imagine they’ll stay around long either unless they start over. Here was our experience, the first and last time here: I ordered for delivery but afterward asked how long it would take. She said an hour fifteen to an hour and a half. We were just a few miles away so I asked that it be converted to a pickup. She said it would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes. It ended up not being ready for 50 minutes as my husband sat waiting for it. Then he got charged for someone else’s order, so we were charged for double the cost of what we ordered initially. Glad we caught it to get it fixed in person. This is the WORST pizza I have ever had, let alone seen(see picture). This was supposed to be the taco pizza. I would not recommend this business, there are plenty of other local pizza places that have good service, appropriate waits, don’t make careless credit card charges, and that most importantly have quality pizza. Fail.

Ordered online, took about 45 minutes for delivery, but no biggie, they were honest about how long it would take to get our food. The pizza was delicious. Breadsticks are great, they bare somewhat of a resemblance to mall pretzels, but softer. Wings were great, too. We were very happy that we decided to try this place out over Dominos. They definitely have our business!
