If you want to live in a complex that allows drug dealing and criminals to rent units, this place is for you. This is a slum unit at its best.
Richmond uses Baycliff as public housing. Therefore this complex’s owners enrich themselves off crime. Nothing ever gets done here. Calling to complain about noise, drug dealing or other criminal acts does nothing.
