This is the first time in my life I go to an ice cream place and they say we are out of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. and a bunch of other flavors. correct me if Im wrong but this is an ice cream place right??? How do you run out of ice cream at 6pm on a Monday?
I was suler disapointed because I really wanted soft serve vanilla. I had to got oreo ice cream instead and it was ok… not the same though.
I felt bad for the little young guy working in there… he was great and was doing his best. I didnt take my frustration out on him because he was so nice and genuinly empathetic.
For what this ice cream costs, they could do better.

They have decided to stop serving food. We stopped in on Sunday. It was a beautiful day, ideal for having a hot dog with my little girl followed by some ice cream. Drove up to the Staples Mill location and was told they only have corn dog bites. They are no longer serving food.

Great double chocolate chunk ice cream with strawberries sunday. Free cones for kids under 4′ tall.

Nothing special ice cream is average to subpar. If I compare it to other ice cream shops I would give it 2 stars. I am however comparing the ice cream and cones to ice cream or frozen yogurt I can purchase in the store. Average, cost a lot more and seems to drip badly in luke warm weather. Not the worse not the best average ice cream at high price.

Came here for ice cream of course. got the cotton candy explosion to feed my inner child. this also comes with pop rock candy in the ice cream, hence the explosion in the name I’m assumingace is a tad bit pricey specially if your buying for more than one person. this place does have almost all young teens working there so yes expect the teenage looks and small «whatever «kind of attitude but not in a bad way its just how they are at that age, if your a parent with one youll get it lol i dont have kida but i used to be that teenager when i was that age!

Seriously– if you want a melted ice cream cone served by sloppy, sullen teenagers, this is the place to go.
We stopped here last night for ice cream… when it was our turn at the window, the brainless teenager at the window completely ignored us so she could interject into the order that was being placed with another employee at the window next to her. Then she stood there with her mouth open, listening to the rest of the order.
Moments later when she remembered she had customers at her window to wait on, she served us melted ice cream in cones– the ice cream was dripping all over our hands and the cones, and she didn’t seem to notice or care.
It was clear that the freezers hadn’t been closed, and the ice cream was melting before it was ever scooped.
It’s even more clear that there’s no manager watching over the inept teenagers they’ve hired at this establishment.
With all the other great ice cream places in town, we won’t be spending any more money here.
