These guys are awesome. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet. The store is very clean and the inside doesn’t feel too crowded. The employees are very kind and don’t complain with indecisive customers who can’t make up their mind.
The only problems I have had with this store is under filling when I order one of the larger sizes to go. I would assume that they are supposed to fill the container to the top, however, I have gotten ¾ filled containers where the employee realized they under filled it and didn’t do anything about it.
Overall, cold stone has great flavors and awesome employees. Hopefully they can keep it up and I will definitely continue to buy ice cream from them.

If you really like creamy ice cream then this is the place to go! They always have new flavors and they also have cakes, cupcakes, smoothies, milkshakes, and ALOT more. My usuals are the mango pineapple smoothie and the cheesecake fantasy!

I think reviewing very large chains is almost silly. Did you know Cold Stone Creamery is in 25 countries outside of the US? Did you know they make the ice cream in house? Did you know they market it as «Super Premium»? Well they do. It’s delicious. It’s ice cream, who doesn’t like ice cream? If I had $ 300,000 I’d open my own franchise and retire.
This location in Glen Allen has a friendly staff and apparently good prices. It gets 5 stars because like the rating says «Woohoo! As good as it gets!»

While my visits are infrequent, Cold Stone Creamery is one of my favorite ice cream indulgences. It is pricey IMO, but it’s the only place I’ll justify sacrificing what I would’ve spent for an entire fast food meal just for some ice cream!
