I occasionally come to Humphrey Calder to play pickup basketball. Humphrey Calder Park has 2 basketball courts and a nice size field. I see people either playing soccer or flag football on the field. The basketball court is gated. I like the gated basketball court because your ball doesn’t go all over the place. It’s a nice size playground for kids located behind the basketball court. I like playing basketball at Humphrey Calder Park because the picnic section has a water fountain and restroom. The Humphrey Calder Community Center is located next to the park. Theres also basketball courts behind the community center. I usually find street parking across from the park. Humphrey Calder Park is a good place to play recreational sports or enjoy the playground area.
