HW Med Spa

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a spa. I would give negative stars if it were possible. It blows my mind that they have any good reviews on Unilocal.
I received a chemical peel and now my face may be permanently discolored from the burns i have because the woman who was working on me didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t explain anything she was doing, all she talked about was my taste in music. The peel burned so bad after only 30 seconds, I told her to take it off even though she said it was suppose to stay on for 5 minutes. I now have to see a doctor to fix the burns on my face. Not to mention, she also got the chemicals in my eye and I have a burn on the inner corner of my eye.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else instead. I’m going to Sculpture Total Skin Care from now on because they agreed to fix my face after HW Med Spa messed me up.

Excellent considering hair removal look no further! Professional. Friendly. Fast. I have only just started but am very confident the results will turn out well! I will defiantly be recommending this place!

I bought a Groupon about a year ago and did 6 laser treatments for full face. While it’s not completely gone yet, it is SO much better than it used to be. I just purchased another Groupon to get 6 more, and am looking forward to getting started again. The staff is professional, and I never had any of the horror story blistering or anything other than the normal «sunburn» feeling for about an hour afterwards. The rooms are clean, and I don’t think I ever had to wait more than 5 minutes after arriving. Even though I’ve moved and am no longer as close to the location, I am willing to keep going there because of the great experience and feeling I can trust them. Thanks, HW!

I love this medspa! My legs are now silky smooth thanks to the laser treatment. From the beautiful clean rooms to the helpful and well-​informed staff, I give this place five stars. Also, the prices are really great! Come to this medspa for a great deal! I’ll be back for more treatments in the future.

I have been coming to HW Medspa for my acne needs. I had laser treatment for my acne scarring as well as a facial.
The service was always extremely quick and professional. The receptionist and tech that performed my laser treatments were all extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and never tried to sell me any more services. They provided me samples of the product lines they carried in store and it has dramatically helped my acne. I have tried various other products (you can name it and I’ve tried it) that have not worked as quickly and effective as the samples provided.
As for the effects of the laser, I just finished my second treatment and for the most part, my acne scars have lighten, my acne has minimized, my pores shrunk, and it seems like I received hair removal at the same time! I am so pleased with the results and service. HW Medspa is by far the best Med spa I have been to in a long time.
