Pros: The manager/host is extremely friendly. Most of the staff are also pretty friendly so that’s a plus. The food is good, it’s your average bacon, eggs and sausage etc. It’s hard to go wrong with this type of food. My favorite is the Spinach/Mushroom omelette. I like to add my own sides to it but I’ve ordered it twice already and it’s been consistently delicious. Cons: The food takes a long time to be served. I understand that they are busy, but it takes a really long time to get your food after you order. The last couple of times I have gone, we waited an additional 40 minutes to get our food after our order was taken. I suppose the friendly staff makes up for the long wait time.

We walked in. Were seated. And then ignored for 10 minutes. Lots if people sitting at tables waiting to get served. We left and the waiting staff, who apparently don’t give a crap watched us leave. Men’s bathroom was disgusting. Weak. Avoid.

I went here on 12÷30÷15 with my best friend late night and service was terrible as usual. But on top of that my friend saw a roach walking on the floor by the kitchen. I got up to confirm and sure enough it was. So a Latino man came out to stomp on it and cleaned it up before I could take any photos. I asked for a number to corporate and I was asked by a few employees what did I see as if I didn’t say it loud enough. Needless to say I won’t EVERBEBACK. That’s gross and I usually spend at least $ 15 every time I go so if they can’t afford to take care of a roach issue then I can’t eat there

This location of IHOP was pretty clean, staff was very nice and service was fast. I had a split decition with French toast, two eggs and bacon. The French toast was pretty good. I love coming to IHOP for the pancakes and French toast.

Really good place to eat, might not be so clean but the waiter was really nice and helpful i didn’t catch his name tho! He did a great job, our food was delicious! Fast service & no long waits. Not a 5 star only because that one asian girl at the door said we couldn’t sit were we wanted rather than were she said! Not good. Plus that girl picking up the plates was digging food out her teeth while working, that was gross… Also convenient location.

Have been here before, but I got a crêpe this time and I was quite disappointed. I didn’t know what to expect from iHop. But the crêpe was definitely not made on a crêpe pan. It was a lil fluffy and under cooked like a pancake. The Nutella was only drizzled on top, not a very big drizzle at that. Very disappointing because I was reAllt looking forward to this at 3am after a long night.

Don’t go to this IHOP. You’ll just be disappointed. The customer service is awful. I called in an order earlier today & was told to pick it up in 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later to pick up the food. When I arrived, I wasn’t even acknowledged by staff for almost 8 minutes. I flagged a waitress down & asked for my order. She went asked the cook where my order was. I heard him explain that it wasn’t ready & wouldn’t be for another hour! The hostess explained that they were short staffed & recommended that I just forget about the food. She actually told me that it wasn’t worth the wait.

A+ for service — people who leave a huge impression from the moment I step in until the moment I leave — is a huge plus and will certainly have me come back to experience more. Kenneth, my server, was pleasant the entire way through. I sat long enough to see him interact with the cook, other customers, and he treats everyone the way you would want, with respect. Even as he corrected a few orders with the cook, it was done with class. The food I grade a B minus, it was made right and taste like IHOP. Free WIFI but you have to ask your server for the password.

Went here the other day and was looking forward to some pancakes. We were seated and were NEVER spoken to for 15 minutes. The hostess never greeted us. Just said, «two?» and began walking looking back at us; expecting us to just know. Once seated, again, no one ever greeted us at the table. We were placed between two other couples so we knew there was a waiter here. As we waited for our server, we noticed there were plenty if staff. I just don’t understand either the laziness or lack of organization here. Eventually we left very disappointed. I would have given higher stars if we were greeted like human beings, greeted at the table AND eaten the food. It’s safe to say, I’m never going back here.

Party of 6. Soups and salads took to long to come out. Waitress lagged on our refills. My $ 12 steak was overcooked and too sweet, hey chef Ramsey’s I said medium well not extra well done. My coffee was alright. My misses said her turkey dinner was too gamey and my bro said he’s fried chicken dinner looked like one of those frozen TV dinner lolz. Probably won’t come back here

Ordered over the phone for take out. As I was placing my order, I could tell the girl on the other end just wanted to get off the phone. I was asking questions(like can hash be subbed for pancakes on that one? etc etc) and I could tell she was in no mood to offer any more service than she had to… :-/ Just got back to work after picking up the take-out. Front desk girl(seater/to-go person) had 0 personality. Barely even cracked a smile. Poor girl, hopefully whatever was bothering her gets resolved quickly. Order is correct– just had to ask for a few more butters. Food is delicious. My mushroom/spinach omelette with hollandaise is great. very flavorful! If you go here, don’t expect great service, but the food is good :-)

We were wondering if they still have unlimited pancakes or not, so called at 2:45 talked to a person on the phone. It’s a guy who picked it up and said they still have now, he wasn’t sure when it’s the last day, he said probability 16… Went there around 3:30, one of the lady told us they don’t have that offer anymore, really? It ends within an hour? I don’t think so! Their employees needs to know their own menu well enough in order to tell customers, not just give out the wrong information and don’t care!!!

We were seated right away, our drink orders promptly taken. We were given enough time to peruse the menu. That’s about the best part of our experience. When my husband got his coffee pot, he realized we were not given any utensils. It’s hard to call staff’s attention when nobody seemed intent on making eye contact. My husband only drank a cup from the endless pot because he said it didn’t taste good. I ordered the Split Decision which came with bacon, eggs, sausage, pancake, and French toast. I ordered my eggs over hard. When my order came, I got scrambled eggs. I’m not one to send food back to the kitchen, so I just took it with no comment. Besides, I didn’t want to be complaining and arguing so early in the morning. For a place whose business is about pancakes, I expect nothing less than the best. The buttermilk pancake was far from the best. It wasn’t fluffy at all. McDonald’s makes better pancakes for crying out loud! Our server gave us the bill when I was clearly far from done eating. Even though she said«no rush», it was still a major turn off! We didn’t ask for the bill yet. I still would have wanted to order an ice cream sundae! She just ruined it for me. As we left, there were two employees chatting by the entrance and another one carrying a tray… nobody even bothered to say«thank you for your visit» or anything to that effect. I was so disappointed I don’t think I’d want to go back in the near future.
