Denny’s

Really bad customer service. They are taking more 15 mins for the side order. They are keeping and don’t care the customer!!!

Never coming back here again. I came to try to place an order to go the waitress was rude didn’t acknowledge me didn’t give me a menu or anything. After about 4 mins I asked if I can see a menu for to go and she gave me one, but once I was ready there was no one to be found. Looks like they only had one waitress and one buser and a line at the register I was like F this place and left and never coming back.

Don’t be fooled by the review highlights. Where do I begin with the service my family and I received today… let’s start with when we walked in long wait times & dirty/​not stocked bathroom. Once seated missing/​no refilled drinks, half our order brought& cold/​pre made pancakes.
We were so disappointed I spoke with the manager to complain about the long wait, shitty expediting and service. I told him I wouldn’t leave happy until he took off half the bill because we were served half our food and some of it was cold. He gave me 25% off, thus earning his Dennys a bad review, lost of costumers & tomorrow a report to the heath inspectors (I don’t care if you’re short staffed SICK employees should be sent home. You should have given me what I asked for.

Not sure if they are under new management or maybe its just different in the day time. Lets just say… these folks are reminding me i shouldn’t be eating at dennys any ways… but for a meal this cheap, i wont complain to much…

The service is slow and your food comes out cold!!! Dont get seated in Terry’s section

I don’t understand why a manager would allow a sick employee with a horrible cold come in to work! The sound of sucking back snot while taking your order is not cool! I know I should have just walked away when I seen she was sick. But had spent the entire day going to Stanford and had always liked this Denny’s don’t think I will be coming back praying my elderly parents don’t get sick!!!

I know the old saying, «you get what you pay for» but this was the most ridiculous service I have ever received from a Dennys in all my years on this earth. The worker’s acted like I was a creature from another planet. After siting us next to a large party with screaming kids (I love kids and understand the act out but this was just too much) my bf kindly asked for us to be moved. The waiter asked us,“where do you want to move?” We asked to move to other side and he just walked off and started to attend another table instead of walking us over and letting the waitress on that side know we were there. Then as we sat down the waitress walked right by us avoiding eye contact and asked yet another waitress to help us. Without being greeted we were barked at to place our order. Not the most comfortable setting.
I feel management should do random drop in and maybe offer feedback surveys to customers to assure people don’t get treated the way I did tonight. Being in the food service field for more then 15 years, I have never treated a customer like I have been treated tonight.

This is my go to place if I’m craving breakfast and it’s close to my bf’s house. The staff is good and the food is always good. I will say that since this is a 24 hour Denny’s, they tend to have a lot of customers so I advise getting to go instead of dinning in. Also, check your food to see if they packed everything if you order to go because they do forget. They forgot my sausages when I ordered the the build your own grand slam (my favorite), they did that twice to me, 1^st time I didn’t check and ended up with no sausages and recently it happened when they forgot the sausages again but good thing I caught it in time, case in point, CHECK!

And the answer was no, i had to go there and order it to go… what kind of shit is that??? Thats rediculous.

Don’t come to this Denny’s they cater to their white customers a bunch of old white men supposedly in a Bible study group. They were not very Christian like.
I ended up walking out and taking my food to go big mistake.
The food was disgusting I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out over cooked the hash browns were also over cooked nasty eggs burnt English muffin the only thing good was the juice. This was such a waste of time and money. I should have just went to IHOP.

The food wasn’t anything to write home about, but still very tasty, especially for breakfast, but I’m mainly rating this high because of the great service we had. We were seated in under 5 minutes even though they were very busy. The server helped us out with drinks right away and the food took maybe 15 minutes for a family of 6. Recommend for breakfast especially.

The waiter is very nice and helpful. A screaming child was a little annoying, but it made my husband and me laugh. My husband told the waiter to slow down. You are working too hard.

Avoid this place if you can!
Came here the other night but wished I hadn’t. The service is unbelievably slow– we came around 11pm and it wasn’t even busy but it took almost 5 minutes to be seated then 15 minutes for a server to take our order. When it came to getting our actual food, the wait took literally close to an hour. The food itself is okay, nothing special. You get what you pay for.

I haven’t graced this place in quite sometime and was happily surprised at the renovations. Fluffy seats, better lay out, televisions, brighter and appealing.
I’m a person who likes quality to the simple pleasures in life. Breakfast is low-​key. I enjoy egg whites with sides of avocado and pico de gayo, rye toast, and a cup of Joe. Thankfully they carry those ingredients and I started my day off on the right start. My server, Shahnaz G, was attentive and made several rounds asking if I wanted more coffee. Bill totaled $ 8.06. I use to cringe at the thought of Denny’s but has since changed since this experience.

You can never go wrong with grabbing a late night meal at Denny’s. This location usually has friendly and accommodating staff.
My favorite thing to get at Denny’s is the chicken strips with seasoned fries and Mac and cheese. Second would have to be the bacon slam burger. Yum!

Just got back from there and I will honestly never going back again.
I got there and was seated right away. I waited and waited and waited for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. I have a lot of patience when I go out to eat, especially if it is full but it wasn’t full and everyone had their meal in my section. I could see the servers in the back talking, after 15 min, I started to get up when suddenly the male server came over and was like I’m sorry has anyone helped you? I was like no, I been waiting for 15 min. So I sit back down he takes my order but I can tell he was irritated that I brought up the fact that they were taking a long time. I even overheard him mentioning it to the other server.
Finally my food comes out and the order was missing things, and he never brought my check.
This is the second time that they have been slow but the attitude and order mistakes was it. Horrible service.

Came here last night with my boo, took me a while to figure what I wanted to eat since im not much of a fan towards diner food, but it was getting late and my boo was hungry so we went ahead and order, i had the country fried steak and oreo milk shake and my boo had something else, my food was already and the oreo milk shake was to thick, this place is just okay, & our waiter was nice that’s about it, & the place was close to home. 3 *** for the waiter

Quick late night snack that taste better than fast food. Service is always good at this location and its always clean. Food always comes out with consistency. We eat here twice a month and we order the nachos sometimes and egg whites breakfast dishes. Alil healthy but not as much calories as other fast food joints. Ugh!!!

Currently sitting at Denny’s writing this review. My parents and I came here after a whole day of work. We arrived a little before 10PM. It is currently 10:40PM and we haven’t even gotten our food yet. Not even appetizers! Seriously. 40 minutes and still no food. Never coming back again.
Update: Never got our pecan pie. Waited 10 minutes for a box and still nothing so my mom went to get one herself. Waitress never told us that the meal didn’t come with eggs. charged us $ 4 for 2 sunny side up eggs. Worst. Experience. Ever.

On the one hand, our server was nice and had one impressive memory, skipping the pad, and perfectly reciting back my husband’s build-​your-​own-​burger order.
On the other hand, they were so very slow and never even acknowledged the wait, as if it was perfectly normal to wait so long for an order to be taken and then served.
The food was good. My Super Bird was nice and plump, not smooshed together as I’ve had it at some Dennys. The waiter was prompt with drink refills.
But really, when I go to Dennys, I just want to eat, and quickly. There’s no ambiance to be had, unless you like listening to old Top 40 and staring at the parking lot outside the window.
I also like to be able to take a piss without worrying I’m going to catch a disease from the filth. To get to the flush handle on the toilet, I had to move the tall toilet seat lid a bit, which was odd in itself. Then I saw what was behind that lid, and I wish I never had. Two words: Dead bugs. (Upside: At least they were dead?)
