Slowest drive through ever… Takes 20 minutes for a taco and fries 1 star is the lowest I can give. Poor service.

Funny when you think of fast food you think of them making your food and I quickly manner but this one this location out of all the other location make their food extra extra slow! I do not recommend coming here if you’re in a rush

This location sucks! Not only are they incredibly slow, but very rude. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. Was not greeted by the cashier or told sorry for the wait. Then she basically threw my food at me. I said«than you!» And she shut the window in my face! I’ll not be visiting this location again!

I’ve never been inside only drive thru a few times. The food has always tasted good and they have never messed up my order. However, the drive thru is not very fast. If you are in a hurry probably not your best option.

There really needs to be a zero star option. Ordered 2 breakfast combos. Nobody else doing dine in. Took almost 30 minutes for the order to come out and surprise, its wrong! No meat on the breakfast platter and my breakfast sandwich was just ham and bread. Took them another 10 minutes and explaining what we wanted before it finally got fixed. I’ll be calling jack in the box corporate on this one.

Love Jack in the Box, just not this location. They are INCREDIBLY slow. The food is consistent with other locations, but for some reason they can’t get the speed right. I’ve gone back several times with the same slow response time. When you look inside, there are plenty of workers who aren’t busy… just not doing anything. Jack would shake his big round head. :-(

Wish I could put 0 stars! First time I came in was a friday night around 7:00. There were some highschool kids in there ordering 100 tacos. The manager looked flustered and screamed at my friend and I that they were closed and only the drive through was open.(we went somewhere else) Second time I came in was 10÷11÷14 for lunch at 12:00. We came in and the same manager was on duty. We ordered and sat down. There were about 8 people in there(including myself and a friend) they were so slow. We didn’t get our food for 20 minutes and one employee kept giving wrong orders to the wrong people. The people in front of us it took them 30 min to get their food and the manager was screaming at her employees in front of customers. No employee should be talked that way EVER no mater how bad they screw up. We were about to get up and leave when the manager said«Lock the door we are closed, no one else» right then a group of 4 were walking in and they shooed them out of the store. I will not be going back.

This is a new location and I figured it would be a good place to grab an early lunch before a movie with the family… I was very wrong. We walked in and the employees briefly glanced at us. They did not say hello, acknowledge us, nor did they show any intention of helping us. There was no one inside besides us, and one person was in the drive through line, so they were not swamped with orders(1115AM). One employee was putting together orders, the other spent five minutes trying to figure out the tea machine, walking by us multiple times. When Another employee who was starting her shift, checked into the cash register and disappeared. I took about 5 minutes of being ignored, said goodbye and left without placing an order… I would expect a new store to have management on site… The employees definitely need some guidance on proper customer service
