I stopped inside for two dipped cones but was told that the machine was not working. Since we get them often, I asked when it was expected to be fixed. He started laughing saying he didn’t know and then another employee started snickering and laughing too. I walked away with the feeling that they were lying and trying to trick me. Very rude and unprofessional service.

I’ve always gone through the drive through and everyone of them from the cashier to the server at the windows are very rude with no customer service experience. They employ kids that are not trained on how a business should be run. My food have been messed up so many times that I’m told sometimes to park for them to redo my order. This last one made me come write a review I went in two days prior to order food for my kids through the drive through and waited for over 15 mins before I could get my food with no apologizes what so ever. To add insult, when we got home we realized we were given a totally different and Wrong order that my kids don’t eat. Went in tonight sept 16 at 20.31 cashier KS#13 took our order. On getting to the window I informed her about my last order that was wrong. She acted like she didn’t hear me and just gave me my receipt. I told her I just informed you about something that was wrong and you just ignored me. Her response was with eyes all rolled up «well we have a new gm now, you can go ahead and inform him» with no apologizes at all. I wasn’t shocked because that’s the way they were trained. I will make sure cooperate knows about how bad this location is. You won’t get my money again… Seq# 627207

Negative stars!!! ***For any manager reading this, I was«helped» by the lady with false eyelashes working the dine-in counter at 7:30am on Tuesday, June 23, 2015.*** I don’t intend to be trivial or petty, but it’s just extremely difficult to start off your day on a positive vibe when your first interaction of the morning is a negative one. Breakfast Service either sends people off to enjoy their day, or ruins it(at least until something comes along better or worse that you forget about it). I ordered a McMuffin Delight combo, with a medium coffee, requested a Nerf toy shooter for my son, and a kid’s chocolate milk. When she read back the order she said, «…large coke», to which I replied, «I’m sorry, did you enter large coke instead of a medium coffee?» Her response to me, «YOU said large coke.» Now, any reader of this review wouldn’t know this… but I haven’t have a coke in about 5 yrs. So imagine if I told you, that YOU ordered a large bacon grease beverage. That would be impossible since you NEVER order such a thing, right? Me ordering a large coke is as likely as you ordering to drink a large bacon grease… it would never happen. Well, that’s what she was effectively telling me.(I didn’t even get a medium coffee in the end. I was charged for and received a large coffee, which I cannot finish… so yes, I ordered a medium for a reason.) Then after I paid, I pointed out which toy shooter my son wanted. Her reply was that we couldn’t choose. Really? Then I wouldn’t have paid! I understand that not all of the toys are available at any given time, but we should be able to choose based on what is available or given the option to not buy it. Every other McDonald’s operates with the option to choose from the toy selection, and we have never had our option refused before, at any other location. My son was left with a frisbee, instead of a shooter. Not an acceptable substitute to a 6 yr old, who has his own feelings, opinions, and is no less of a paying customer. Lastly, she forgot to include his chocolate milk. We had to ask for it again. All in all, nothing we asked for was provided. And not only was she NOT apologetic, she was accusatory.

NEGATIVE score if I could! Always closing before their hours. Almost always horrible service and multiple times hour before closing they say their shake machine isn’t working. Have complained to corporate numerous times without anyone doing anything about it. Last time I went it was 10:15pm and the guy would not take my order saying that they’re closed when it specifically said 11:00pm close time. When I said I will tell management he said sure and shoved his name tag from the drive thru window daring me to do it! Never again at this location. Keep in mind this has happened a lot of times. One time the employees were hiding when I pulled up to see if they were open.

Pulled up to the drive thru today at 10:57am, the board had all lunch menu items on it but when I tried to order the girl said they were not serving lunch till 11a exactly. I tried to make a point that it was 3 minutes away, the board showed all lunch items and no breakfast items, there were 4 cars behind me likely also here for lunch… she wouldn’t budge so we drove off and went next door to Wendy’s where they gladly served us lunch with a smile and no wait. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s again, besides who wants five hour old breakfast sausage at lunch.

It was straight up horrible. I have seen a restroom better than this restaurant. They messed up my order tons of times which was why we sat at the window for 10 minutes.

I live 5 minutes from this particular McDonald’s. And If you are going to dine in then you will most likely have a pleasant experience. If you so happen to choose drive through then that’s when the problems start. You always always have to check your bag. I ordered 5 number 5 combos a Mcwrap combo and 2 hot n spicys. I asked for plenty of ketchup and napkins as well. I get my bags and drive off confident after specifically asking if everything was in there. Needless to say I get to my destination only to find out there’s no napkins no ketchup and I’m missing fries and both hot n spicys. I was overcome by that sick feeling of being had. This Mcdonalds had done it to me AGAIN! So I gather my things and drive back to Mcdonalds. I was greeted and told that there was no hot n spicys that were paid for on the order. But lucky for me I kept my receipt. So after he looked a bit confused when I showed him the receipt I was approached by ADRIAN the manager and he continued to argue that there was no way they didn’t bag the fries and the hot n spicys! Are you freaking kidding! Do you really think I would drive back 15 min to get free fries and 2 dollar menu items? I think not! So after finally getting frustrated ADRIAN turned around punched in a few things in the register and went back to get the missing items. He comes back to the front with a mean look and just throws the bag on the counter. WOW! Mr ADRIAN perhaps this job is not for you sir. No customer service no politeness no «the customer is always right» and still no ketchup And napkins. Smh. Beware they don’t really care about the customer here hence 3 employees were all standing around talking while people kept arriving. I will choose Wendy’s over Mcdonalds now. Management needs new management.

Two cars can order at the same time at the drive-thru. I was in and out of the line within three minutes. Nothing was left out and everything was tasty. Much better than the surrounding fast food places in the area that tend to take too long at the windows.

I chose mcdonalds over whataburger tonight after working late. I was starving and stopped here. The fries were do disgusting!!! I have included a picture. They tasted like old grease and were dark in color! I called them when I got home and they said I could pick up more fries. Who the hell wants to go back after getting home late from work??? Get it right the first time people! If the fries are gross, make fresh ones! People pay for this crap!

This place is really a tale of two worlds. The inside is pretty good service and all but if you go thru the drive through you have a good chance of getting some bonehead but well intentioned teenager who will be sure to get some minor but irritating thing wrong with your order(how does«Large Coke» sound like«Large Diet Coke»?) then wait forever if you feel like getting it fixed.
