Dr. Godin and the entire staff are wonderful. I’ve been a patient/​client since 2005. I highly recommend him for surgical and non-​surgical procedures and his staff for skincare and medical-​grade skin products… they are the best in RVA!

This is just based on purchasing skincare products, I had no service done (yet).
I stopped in to Dr. Godin’s office to pick up some of my favorite skincare items since they are the only ones who carry one of the lines I love. The staff was very welcoming and promptly asked if I needed any assistance. After browsing a bit, I did have some questions about a makeup line they carry and I was quickly helped, color matched, and offered a sample. It was refreshing to not be pushed to buy right away… especially with skin/​make up items that are best if you test out first. I did notice they do offer refunds within two weeks of purchase if you aren’t happy with a product.
Since they were so helpful, I might set up an appointment for a treatment peel/​facial.

So it happens — facial blemishes are embarrassing but they happen. Anne & Carole are there to help you when this does happen.
They are friendly, funny and do an amazing job. I have been to each of them and every time I do I come out better than when I went in. In these situations that is all you can ask for. When you walk in they have a great receptionist, nice waiting room and they are great at getting you in and out.
I never had a facial before but had one here and I still wonder what took me so long to get it done! I highly recommend this place!
