Stay far away! I tried to give this place more than one chance and they blew it every single time. There is only ONE person working in this shop that knows what they’re doing and even her work is subpar. Save your money and go to A&M across the street or to K&T a little further down Broad.

I’ve had my nails done here and I had an okay experience. I just had a regular manicure a few times and it was pretty standard. I decided to come back and have my eyebrows done. They were actually cleaned up pretty nicely! I went in again but the person who did them previously was not, so I got them done by someone else and that was a HUGE mistake. I have thick brows and she took off nearly half my eyebrows. I looked permanently surprised. It has taken MONTHS for my eyebrows to grow back in and they are finally back to the way they use to be. I can’t believe she thought that would look good! If you want your nails done quickly and cheaply, this is probably the place to go. AVOID for eyebrows

hi! I come here every month to get my acryllic nails refilled. Refills are only $ 15! The core duo are a mother and son team and are super amazing. I’ve gotten great round nails and very sharp long ones. They last longer and have less problems then at red nails 2. there usually isn’t a wait. if one of your nails breaks, to get a new tip is $ 3. I’ve enjoyed talking to the other women there & have been coming here for months and never had any problems.

Equipment is kind of old and crappy but they’re fast and my gels look great. $ 25 for gels is a good price. Not sure they sterilize tools between customers. Usually they unwrap a package and I didn’t see that so that skeeved me out a bit. But then the nail tech didn’t break my skin so whatevs.

I went to this place when they first opened, it was ok, no complaints at the time. It was also cheap and didn’t have any complaints on how they did my nails. So I’ve recently gone back to Ramz Nails because the place I used to go to closed down. Well, the majority of the negative reviews on here should have been enough for me to not go at all. They are extremely unprofessional, did not do the work I asked for and argued with me. All I wanted was a fill and the French tip re-touched, she kept asking what color(and pointed to the wall of nail polish so I could pick the color) I told her no, just French tip. When she was almost done all she did was put a layer of clear coat and I asked if she was going to paint it and she said«no, keep it like that, it will be good for another two weeks.» No, it wouldn’t have! You could clearly tell that my nails were growing under it and it made it look awful! The tips, the very end of the tips are still white from the previous coat and you can tell its not even. The clear coat she put was not even shiny and now my nails look dull and old. What a waste of time and money. A couple of the nails have visible bubbles and bumps(you can even feel the bumps). She argued with me saying it’s extra for French tip when I kept repeating that I wanted a fill and French tip redone! Do not go to this place, it’s horrible! I’m glad I didn’t tip her, she didn’t even deserve to be paid for the horrible job and service she provided.

I couldn’t be more thankful to Ramz Nails! I had an event at 6pm and I pulled into Richmond at 3 after hitting some bad traffic on 95. I pulled up the nearest nail salons on my GPS, compared the results to Unilocal and decided Ramz Nails was my best bet and I was right! Can’t beat the price for a mani-pedi-30 bucks and the lady did a great job! Although I wish I she had been a bit more talkative, and I felt a little rushed-I couldn’t really mind since I was in a rush. But I walked in and she got started within 10 minutes and got me out of there around 430! The only other problem I had is that she didn’t really tell me when I could leave the drying station(another girl had the same thing) and we just ended up leaving right after each other after figuring our nails were dry. But that’s probably just a me thing. A bunch of people also came in for eyebrow waxing-so I guess that’s a popular service! Thanks Ramz Nails-if I ever need to get my nails done in Richmond I’m headed your way!

I’ve been going to this place since my freshman year(I’m a senior now). I’ve never had a problem with them and this place has become my go-to nail salon.

$ 30 for a pedi & mani. They have a lot of polish choices and they even do gels. It wasn’t crowded on a Friday afternoon. Their pedicure chairs actually work so I was able to enjoy the massaging effects. The lady was a little harsh on my feet(I had a burning sensation when I showered the next morning) but that feeling subsided. They used warm towels on my hands and feet and used some rocks on my feet. I’d never had that done to me before and I liked it, although I don’t know what purpose that served. All in all the price was reasonable and 3 days later my manicure still looks good.

I’ve gotten a pedicure here before and had no problem especially considering how cheap it is. The last time I went I waited 45 minutes and didn’t get any service. I was appalled at how long I waited and how none of the staff seemed to care so I walked out. This place doesn’t seem to care about their customers. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

WORSTNAILSALONEVER!!! I got a mani & pedi done by a very older women — who should not be there in the first place. She did not know english and I don’t think she could see well. She kept cutting me(left the salon with my fingers bleeding) and left nail polish all over my fingers. When she kept cutting me, I would yell and she would just laugh. Worst service ever. I would NOT recommend anyone to come here. The prices are cheap, but I’d rather pay more money and receive better service. I wasted $ 30 on a pedi and mani when I could have done a better job painting my own nails! I can not stress how terrible this salon is. DONOTGOHERE. If you want to go somewhere that’s cheap and good, I would recommend KT Nails in front of Kroger. There prices are about $ 5 more than Ramz Nail, but you won’t leave with bleeding fingers and nail polish all over your fingers. RAMZNAILSISWORSTNAILSALON — DONOTGOTHERE!!!
