Starbucks

Nice people, for the most part, but drive thru is slow, slow, slow! They need more help in the morning. Twenty minutes this morning!!!

This Starbucks is absolutely terrible. They’re the only drive-​thru location I’ve ever been to that can’t handle any actual drive-​thru volume. I’ve breezed through a Starbucks drive-​thru in Destin during a hot summer day in 6 – 7 minutes. I’ve sat in this drive through line for 15 minutes with only 4 or 5 people in line. The quality of the drinks is alright, but I will drive out of my way to avoid this location.

This Starbucks is always so slow. I decided to go inside because the drive thru always takes a while but going inside, I waited well over 10 minutes for my drink.

The people here are mostly polite in Sunday morning, but today they seem understaffed and slow. I waited about 8 mins for my drink. One employee was chatting with customers for about 10 mins, sitting down and placed his tray on an empty table so he took the space for 4 people by himself.

I order a tall, they charge me for a grande and give that to me. I don’t like that! Forget about getting back in line and having to fix it. Something is wrong here. Please call Starbucks and report stores like these. I’m surprised that Starbucks has survived at all! Only come here if necessary, and make sure you repeat your order 3 times — or they will get it wrong!

This is my local Starbucks. That said, not my favorite place to pick up coffee. The staff is hit or miss. Some are very friendly and personable. Others seem like you are a bother to their day. The drinks are average for a Starbucks. They have made a few mistakes, but nothing major. Just not a fan, but my wife can’t get the Fizio at the Kroger or Target kiosks. So I guess I will grudgingly come back.

First let me say, Im not a coffee drinker, so I go here for tea and other drinks. Ive been stopping by burning up gift cards someone gave me trying to find a good non coffee drink.
Ive tried the cold vanilla bean frappacino. Ohhhh myyyy goddddd this is delicious!!! I mean a vente isnt big enough for this drink. Ive also been back to try a hot tea drink. I love green tea so I tried green tea lattee. it was odd. The pea green color was off putting and it seemed thicker than tea should be. As far as taste, it was ok. Not my fave… so I tried again. got a earl grey latte. this was closer to what Im looking for, they added vanilla to it and whipped cream. Almost there… I need to figure out whats missing to make it taste better than what I make at home.
Sidenote.the new app paying thing is awesome. I downloaded my gift cards to the app and the cashier swipes it at the counter. Im earning points this way towards a free drink or something.

This Starbucks is clean and has friendly service. At the same time, it doesn’t stand out from the good service of other Starbucks I’ve been in. I have issues rating chain stores. There is no reason not to go to this place, although the parking lot is difficult to get in if you’re coming from the city. I and the two cars behind me had to make an illegal U-​turn to get into the parking lot, but that’s the fault of Richmond.

I occasionally stop by this Starbucks location when I’m in the area. This Starbucks has a drive-​thru which is very convenient. The drive-​thru is usually very busy early in the morning (expect a wait). Sometimes, I go into the shop if the drive-​thru is too busy. During busy hours make sure your order is correct because the staff is rushing sometimes. Customer service is usually good at this location. There’s a small patio area in the front of the coffee shop for customers. The parking is hit or miss depending on the time of day (a small strip mall lot). This Starbucks location is a good choice if you live in the area.

Friendly staff, but multiple frustrating experiences. This little two-​day scenario happens almost weekly… Day 1: I ask for a Venti coffee with light cream and what I get is a dunkin-​donuts-​ish cream heavy coffee — ick. Day 2: I’ll ask for the cream on the side to prevent this from happening again, but they’ll fill up the coffee cup up ¾ of the way! annoying.
This is a nice starbucks but i would avoid it during peak times — congested/​small parking area, long drink wait times, and a little bit messy.

Of you live good coffee this is the place to be. Always clean and friendly staff.

One of my favorite Starbucks thus far… great, fast & friendly service. The drive-​thru line is so quick… doesn’t matter how long the line gets.

Always great customer service and a fast drive-​thru. Friendly staff that works hard. The seating seems a bit liimited and during peak hours it’s very busy inside. I like the White Chocolate Mocha.
