Horrible customer service. Manager and Team Member on duty tonight (11÷2÷15) treated me like I was bothering them when asking for help. I asked repeatedly for their fax number to receive documents and was told «It’s on the card» by both the manager & lazy Team Member who was too busy to help me but rushed behind the counter to talk to the pickup driver about non work related things.
Incompetent manager could use a refresher course in Customer service!

This place is perfect for a quick shipping spot. I had a box to send to my daughter and they were johnny on the spot to help me! The guy behind the counter was friendly and extremely helpful.
