I would never rec this location. I placed an online order at five pm. I arrived at 530. The girl Kerry looked at me as if i was growing heads out of my neck. She then grabbed the receipt from the counter and said«i forgot». She said she would make the sammy to which i responded please hurry i have to be at work. Heres where it gets dicey. She rolled her eyes at me. Oh man. She must be confused about who is the customer and who is the one who made the error. I immediately asked if she rolled her eyes. Her response was to advise me that i was rude. Again, that confusion. I asked for a refund instead. What a surprise, she sidnt know how to refund. We spent five minutes discussing the fact that she had no customer service skills and that i, as a nurse, wipe butts for a living and I dont treat people like that. She just kept arguing with me. My opinion is hat she should immediately be out of a job. My little 8 dollar order isnt much in the scheme of things. But customer service is often all the sets a business apart from others. I dont really like subway to begin with but it is literally a block from my home. Now, im late for work and I have no dinner. Swell.

This place is severely understaffed. Never more than one person behind the counter, and they all seem new. Seemingly constantly out of certain cookies, and it’s a crap-shoot whether or not the toaster works. That being said, I’ve never been treated rudely or poorly by the people. Good folks behind the counter that need more help and better equipment.

Always out of certain foods and place is never really kept clean. Employees don’t care and are rude. This subway is poorly managed.
