This is the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. You call to tal to the staff and you are put on hold forever. Longest wait was an hour. And their pharmacy hours stink. They are only there till 5:00 P.M. on Saturday. I will be transfering to CVS.

If I could give no stars to this Walgreens I would, it was bad when I lived out in Richton Park and after two years of being way from there nothing has changed. Long lines all the time, when they do the whole IC-B call overhead to get more help it takes a year for the associate or manager to get their register together. I went back on the 15th and was in one of these lines and then I saw the manager in photo checking people out, when I GOTOUT of line to go back there she clicked her tongue(yes she did) and said«no, no, no I am not ringing out back here…» like she was talking to a 6 year old! I got back in the one long single line as she emptied her drawer, obviously she was in a rush to get her weekend festivities on. I so do hate going into this Walgreens, to the point I would go 20 minutes away and stop at a dollar store to get the items I need so that I do not have to put up with this crap.

I have visited this particular Walgreens on a few occasions, despite hearing negative reviews about the staff being impolite. I had even witnessed an employee using her cell phone and using profanity while on the sales floor. Yet today, I went in to make purchases for my school and received extremely rude service. My tax exempt letter was refused, as the clerk said it was expired. My understanding is that these letters do not expire. The clerk asked a passing employee(possibly a manager?) if the letter was expired and she stated yes, it has to be within three years. Might I add that she did not introduce herself by name or by possible manager status. I told her that I’ve used this letter countless times at many stores, including Walgreens, for the past 6 months and no one had said anything. She rudely replied, «Well, they don’t know what I know» and walked away, essentially blowing me off. I didn’t even have a chance to ask for more information or to ask if she was a manager since she walked away so fast. I was truly offended and insulted by the manner in which I was treated. I refuse to return to this location as they clearly treat educators, and people for that matter, as sub-human.
