This place is terrible. Those wexicans(white mexicans) can suck my dick. They didn’t answer the fucking phone and I called about 50 times. I fucking hate this place and everyone that works there. After they finally answered they were so fucking rude to me over the phone.

I order baked ziti which came with old dry pasta and a piece of stale bread. I couldn’t believe how bad it was. Are they serious?

I was really disappointed. I ordered the Italian combo sub, cold. Reminded me of a premade sub you might buy at a grocery store — for a restaurant price.

I usually love this place. The staff is great and food has always been superior to other pizza places in the area. I’ve order many pizzas from them and considered them my fav place for calzone or margarita pizza any day.

While the delivery time is still a bit long, they have greatly improved their doer process, and the online ordering on Eat24 is fantastic!!!

Planet Pizza is my go-to pizza and salad place in Ridgefield because of their creative recipes and specials. They make online ordering easy, and they’ve never gotten the order wrong.

Nothing except location and very large pizzas are memorable. Nothing about the pizza or food was impressive. Totally a disappointment. Bring back Roma!!! The worst of Ridgefield.

Literally the worst fucking pizza and fries ever. The fucking garlic knots are greasy as a sweaty guys ass crack and I almost threw up when I saw the bag.

Messed up my order tonight, ordered a Meatball parm with extra marinara, got one with none… dry as sawdust, called about it, basically had no interest in correcting it, other than offering a money back, but if they messed it up once, why give’m a second chance to mess it up again. Basically I just threw some hard earned cash away, and to add insult to injury I left a $ 10.00 tip(before I saw the order was f’d up). Won’t be doing biz again in 6877.

9This place is more than just a pizza place. I ordered the Penne Planet with olives and it hit the spot. The guys who work here are always in the community doing something good and that really rezinates with me. I personally like to support local businesses that give back like Planet Pizza has. Whenever I go in to pick up my order they always say hello to everyone by name. While I love being lazy and having my food delivered to me, nothing beats a slice fresh out of the oven. If you don’t understand that, than you don’t know pizza. I think they also have the best Gluten Free pizza in town. They have been great about making my son’s unique slice. If you have a special diet need, they work hard to accommodate.

Go to place in town for pizza… I remember getting pies from the planet back in white plains and these have the same style and great flavor… closest thing to NY Pizza since I’ve moved to CT… service is always fast and friendly, and I haven’t had a bad slice yet… highly recommend

Got a sicilian pizza with broccoli so good! Dominic the owner is very nice. He is making a huge donation to the ridgefield lions club, hosting an event tonight at his restaurant. I love their pizza and will definitely be back!!!

This is where we go about one a week for pizza, it’s our go-to move when we ditch the kitchen and decide we just can’t make dinner. Plus the staff and owner are great and so supportive of our local RHS wrestling team we have to support them!(PS leave your change in the tip jar for the kids) The pizza & calzones are great but we have also had a party at home catered from Planet which made our life so easy and everyone enjoyed the food. Go visit the store to see the window art, local ads, support the downtown life and enjoy the food all at a great price. Who could ask for more? Thanks Dominic !

You know how when thin crust pizza gets cold you can hold the edge of the crust and the whole slice stands at attention? Yeah, that happened. Aside from the food being cold when it arrived, the flavors were good. The chicken tortellini soup was very flavorful, the caesar salad was standard fare. The garlic knots were good, but the pizza was missing two out of the five toppings, which was terribly disappointing. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Great, lively pizza joint right along Main Street! They have about 15 different kinds of pizzas and strombolis that you can buy by the slice. Buffalo chicken is the best around, but beware of the grease. My favorite place to go when I’m in Ridgefield.

Ironically there’s much better pizza in town but most everything else they make is above average, especially their salads which are superb. The lettuce and veggies are always fresh and crisp and you get a healthy portion of well seasoned grilled chicken breast if you’re inclined to order it this way.

Looks: extra greasy, dripping oil… good texture crisp crust some thickness to dough — i liked this part. Taste like greasy chewy cheese with salt. …Yup thats about it and got my order wrong when it wasnt that busy

Outstanding Pizza … living a gluten-free life, it’s often difficult to find gluten-free options, let alone good ones. Planet Pizza knocks it out of the park with their GF pizza. And … the delivery is fast and that they have online ordering deserves serious mention. Best GF pizza we’ve tried, and(don’t tell my wife) their regular-crust pizza is the best I’ve had outside NYC.

I really don’t understand the universal animosity towards relatively small restaurants that have more than one location. Planet Pizza isn’t really a chain, it’s a successful small buisness with a HANDFUL of locations. I choose to honor Planet Pizza for its success instead of demonizing it for modest expansion… I’m a New Yorker, ergo a pizza snob. And Planet Pizza offers solid New York-style pizza, period. They got big slices, plenty of cheese, and some fun specialty pies you may like. The non-pizza menu is quite good too, with a handful of salads and italian favorites. What may anger SOME long-time Ridgefielders is the fact that Planet Pizza moved into the old location of the time-honored Roma Pizzeria early last decade… I am indeed saddened by the extinction of the once great Roma as well, but it doesn’t affect my opinion of what replaced it. It’s a good place. Compare to Venice and Piccolo as the top pizza venues in Ridgefield, IMHO…
