Love their original glazed donut. It just melts in your mouth. I can eat two dozen of these donuts in one sitting. I don’t really care for their other donuts though. They also stop going away one free glazed when the light is on «hot»

When the light is on you must stop! Not the friendliest staff but the donuts are amazing! Can’t attest for times when the sign isn’t in but once the red hot sign is lit it’s time to order!

KK on County Line Rd, Jackson, MS: The plain glazed hot donuts are good. The stuffed ones are a joke, as there is only a very tiny dab of goo inside. I know where to get really well stuffed donuts and better service. My assortment contained 2 stale donuts that were supposedly the day’s special !!

Horrible customer service. Three employees standing by the display and no one helping customers. Donuts in the display and none of them were labeled correctly. None of the specialty donuts available. Workers had horrible attitudes. Find a different bakery unless you like to be treated like a nuisance.

THE HOT LIGHT WAS ON!!! Real Krispy Kreme fans know that the hot light matters. None of the tables were clean, but oh well. I’m just trying to get them and go. The extra star was earned because the girl was giving out sample doughnuts. I’ve never seen it before or knew they do it. Doughnut generosity is worth an extra star. I never try anything except hot glazed, so my perspective is limited. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are a love it or hate it thing. I love them. They melt in your mouth when fresh. The missing stars are moreso related to the cleanliness, efficiency in comparison to other locations encountered nationwide.

All my life I’ve been taught don’t go unless the «HotNow» sign is lit lol. However I have visited when the sign wasn’t lit and I can 2nd that they weren’t as good. I pick pillow donuts over Krispy Kreme, but due to the odd hours of Pillow Donuts I most times settle for Krispy. Krispy Kremes are very affordable as well.
