Purchased a 2016 Polaris slingshot. Dealt with Harry. Fantastic experience. Very up front pricing. No game playing. Met a few of the employees during the purchase. Everyone of them very willing to help and make the process enjoyable and stress free. Would highly recommend visiting this facility for any motorcycle or off road vehicle. 5 stars!!!

Finally, a no-​nonsense dealership. I had an excellent experience buying a motorcycle at Honda of Riverhead. Harry, the general manager, knows his motorcycle knowledge well and has very good insight into all aspects of riding (including motorcycle technical details, what’s the best style of bike to suit your needs, getting loans, insurance, etc). He was a pleasure to deal with and when he told me there would be no added fees on top of the sale, he followed through and meant it. Who knew there were honest salesman at a dealerships? From point of sale, to prepping the ride, to getting a great price, and to finally riding my new wheels out of their parking lot, the team here at Honda of Riverhead are top notch and you will not be disappointed. place sucks i ride skidoo have for years, by far the worse service and everything from a so called skidoo dealer. Embarrassing on their end. Ill drive 6 hours to my house upstate with a broken sled to buy parts from a professional skidoo dealership rather then this joke.

I had a couple of issues with Honda but thanks to Chris who runs the service, he took care of it all for me. I was annoyed with the lack of communication but when Chris got back today, it was all taken care of and he saw to it that I got my bike back. It was there for 5 days, mostly because of waiting for a part. It would be nice if they had them in Stock but that was not the case. It is a slow process to get a part. If the communication was better throughout I would give them 5 stars, I was going to give them 3 stars but since Chris took care of everything he earns the 4 star rating. I hope the next time it will be 5 stars.

My Honda powersports gear has never needed a lot of service. Each year the motorcycle goes in for the NYS inspection and oil change and on rare occasion the an oil change for the quad. Their service is always good and relatively prompt. I get the feeling their intake is higher than their throughput so sometimes the wait for the return can be a little long. But it’s always competent service and the guys talk to you like a person even if your not a gear head.
My biggest like for this place is that most of the people are dedicated powersports lovers. Ask anyone here for an opinion on something and you may get more than you bargained for. They are passionate and willing to share knowledge like few other places I have seen. The best of the three Honda dealers I have been to on LI.

Bought a Polaris quad today. Dealt with Harry. Smooth transaction-​no hidden fees or surcharges. No shenanigans. Met the service manager who was a very nice guy. No complaints. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Would do business with them again.
