I just don’t understand manger walking around and seeing his employees not pay attention to guest
Also allow them to carry there phones answer text and hold conversations never again

Pass on by. Service was terrible. Food was mediocre at best. Stupid dance the staff does. Had to flag down waiter multiple times because he never checked on us. At one point the hostess came by selling raffle tickets for a T-​shirt! How odd is that! Apparently they’re hurting for money and will try anything. We ordered desert. Key Lime pie and Apple Crumb. The Apple Crumb looked like puke. Seriously! The whipped cream in my Key Lime Pie had started to melt. My assumption is that both of these items sat in the kitchen for a while until it was served to us. It took almost as long to get desert as it did for our meal. We went on February 13^th and the place was not busy at all.
Back to the annoying dancing. Just stop! The song you’re dancing to doesn’t even make sense for the type of restaurant you are! Texas Roadhouse dances to a country song. That makes sense. What you’re doing doesn’t!
Oh, our waiter walked by use 5 times while I was sitting there with my credit card out. Had to flag him down finally to get the bill. Then he dropped the bill off and walked away to help another employee carry boxes outside to a car. Took another 10 mins for him to come back and pick up the check. Just terrible all around. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Go on a Wednesday all you can eat snow crab legs for $ 29.00 bucks with beverage. It was great. The staff is very attentive. You can change the flavors and they answered all my questions. As much snow crab as you can eat with unlimited refills.

I cant even give this one star but to move forward I have to give it a rating. The sampler plate plate was over fried, hard & greasy. The tortilla chips were stale. My drink was all sour mix. My husband’s beer was warm. The Mahi Mahi was undercooked, mashed potatoes were soaked with grease. I spoke with the manager & waitress & told them both more than once what we were experiencing. One drink was removed from the tab. We are on our way to Wendy’s for dinner.

I was so disappointed with the customer service at this Joe’s. After being in the car for over 2, hours, they told us they were unable to serve us. We were a party of 9. Granted we were a large party & the hostess explained that the kitchen was backed up. However, a kind explanation or direction to the bar would have be nice. Instead we got a rude «we cannot serve you». I am a business owner & understand how customer service works. So we walked across the street to TGI Friday’s who gladly served us!

Food was delicious!
Waiter was attentive.
Service was quick.
Definitely, worth returning.

Great location good food. Crab legs are huge. Will go again before end of our trip. Good service!

Yes, when this place opened it was chaotic. I was on some text reservation system that, when they did text me I was halfway home. Yeah. Good luck suckas.
Months have passed, after the crowds thinned out and the restaurant got their groove, I decided to do a pop in. After walking around in the sun shopping at the Outlets, I wanna eat! I know its a chain restaurant but its a chain that seems kinda fun. I have my family with me and its conveniently close to the Outlets.
We walk in and its a fun looking restaurant. To the right is an enclosed area for large groups and to the left is the bar area. In the middle of the open floor plan is booths and tables for the patrons.
This place is known for primarily crabs and boiled shrimp. I’m not looking for that type of big, heavy meal. I’d like a fun platter, fried if you will without all the crab messiness. Also, something to point out. My youngest teenager hates fish. For whatever reason he does. This is not a problem for Mr. Joe! He has chicken tenders for other guests to enjoy. Very smartly played Mr. Crab Shack.
I ordered the «Fishermans platter» which has coconut shrimp, jalepino poppers and a nice crab dip. Perfect! It wasn’t a bad meal, it was something fun that I enjoyed. My wife ordered the Fish and Chips platter. Big pieces of fish, she enjoyed her meal as well.
So if you don’t enjoy Applebees, you now have Joes Crab Shack as an alternate choice.
Attention: Riverhead SCREAMS for a CRACKERBARREL! Is anyone listening?
