When purchasing a new screen for my daughter’s I phone we were told that it was guaranteed for 30 days, Any problems at all EXCEPT if the phone had been dropped it would be replaced. The lady helping us said «they can tell if its been dropped» The phone was in my daughters backback with only her Ipad and some how it cracked. the backpack was not thrown around, it was in her locker all day. When we brought it back, you guessed it-they refused to replace it. The lady even agreed with us that it didn’t look like it had been dropped but the only way they could replace it was if we paid the nominal fee of 80.00. We were already 70.00 out for the screen that lasted about 10 days. Total waste of money and they DO NOT HONOR THEIR GUARENTEE

My husband took his iPhone 4S in today to get the battery replaced since it wasn’t charging. The guy that helped him was very very knowledgable. He suggested the charging port instead and replaced it and it worked! Yay for not having to replace the phone. Great experience.
