SBL Games

I cannot express my satisfaction for SBL Games! Steve is very quick about his work and as well as resurfacing my disk, which was all i paid for, Steve went out of his way to fix the belt in my disk drive. He charged me only the cost of the resurfacing and I got 2 problems fixed. i would recommend SBL Games to anybody who needs console repairs.

I cannot say enough things about SBL Games! I had an xbox one that was not reading the discs and had some errors when the disc was inserted. Steve was always very very professional once the appointment was set he was very up front and said that the diagnosis was $ 45 and that included labor and the only other cost would be parts. Upon arrival it was determined that we may need a new laser and a new ribbon cable because mine had been damaged, he replaced the laser in front of me and tested it out, it took about 4 visits to fix all the other problems that popped up. After it was all done i paid $ 105 that included parts, installation and visits with a 1 year warranty on parts. Even after we retested it all we still got errors from time to time, Steve said if the problem continued and he could not fix it he would refund the cost of parts he couldn’t fix.
I recommend SBL games to anyone looking for professional work and excellent customer service.

Excellent Service. Good Price. I was having trouble finding a place to get my sons 3DS repaired until I found SBL Games. Steve did an excellent job of replacing the top LCD screen and the job was completed the same day he got the part!
