Thought we’d give it one more shot… Disappointment yet again! Went at 4:30pm and it was EMPTY yet we still had a «5−10 minute wait» and super unfriendly staff after 10 minutes my husband had to ask if our table was ready soon. We got to our table and 10 more minutes pass and the waitress hurries by and says«I’ll be right with you» 5 minutes after that she shows up and we order everything all at once. Luckily she came back with drinks fairly quickly… 10 minutes later. Waitress was horrible about refilling our waters, we always had to ask. Food was mediocre, not sure how you screw up a salad but they did it! No one ever asked how are food was… And as we walked oit there were 10 people standing at the hostess desk and not one acknowledges us leaving. We will not be back.

So loud here. The BLT was good nothing crazy. The brownie and ice cream was so good. I don’t think I would come back unless I have children with me who want to go lol it’s just that loud

This place will definitely make you little one feel special. We brought our son here to celebrate a award he got at school !! They made up a song and got the rest of the people in the restaurant to participate in it as they sung to him!!! He love it !!! As for the food everything on the menu is good !!! Fried pickles are a great pick to start with! There burgers are delicious!!! And there ice cream it’s the B O M B ! !

Great food, great friendly customer service. Tonight was my first ever visit, and I had a great experience. Our waiter, Shawn, was cool and funny and not acting way over the top theatrical like other employees; I understand that this place is known for their lively atmosphere, and thats awesome, but some of the people that we saw were WAY too much for us lol Anyway, I recommend the mac & cheese that I got, it was very good.(Edit: just realized though i did not get the bread that was supposed to come with my order, and i saw another review that said they were missing there’s too). My only complaint is that this place has very slow service. Reservation was at 7pm, wasn’t seated until 7:30, and didn’t get our food until around 8:15. This place was packed, and I know it was a Saturday night at a very family-orientated place so I’m not really mad about it at all, but I just wanted to share the wait times we experienced with others; just make sure you have plenty of time to be here and be patient. To the management of the restaurant though: if someone has a reservation at 7pm, they need to be seated, not thirty minutes later. We were told that there were a ton of people with reservations at 7pm also. Why are time slots being over-booked then? Space out the reservation times available if this is going to be an issue. Just sounds like a very poor system in that light. To end my review, I had a good time, it was good food, and a fun atmosphere. Great for kids, just have patience when you go here :)

The old Farrell’s restaurants were a huge part of both my husband’s and my lives growing up in the 80’s, but having been disappointed in the resurrections of other childhood favorites, we went in hopeful but wary. The lights are brighter and the color scheme is different but the new Farrell’s manages to carry off the same bold, fun, old-timey attitude that we’d enjoyed during countless birthday parties when we were kids. The food is just a little on the pricey side(IMO, if you’re paying $ 15 for a burger plate, you s/b able to get a garden side salad add-on for less than the $ 5.50 they charge) but definitely good. Huge, delicious, perfectly cooked burgers, hot and fresh everything, and if you’re a garlic fan, you gotta try the garlic fries. Service was fast and frequent(we went on a Tuesday — the place was busy, but not line-around-the-building busy like it is on the weekends — and our waiter still took great care of us). Lots of drum-banging birthday fun going on — at least half the people in the restaurant seemed to be celebrating one — and if you happen to go when Mitchell and Michael are working the celebrations as a team, you WILL be entertained. Only disappointment was the candy corner(the old restaurants had old-time candy shoppes). I wanted a giant jawbreaker just like I always used to get, but where those might have been, next to the tiny and the small ones, were just 2 empty jars. We still had a great time and will definitely be visiting again. So glad this place is back!

The good: We went on a Wednesday close to closing(8 – 8:30) so it wasn’t too crowded. In case you didn’t know, this place specializes in birthdays and huge ice cream. I split a Talk of the Town burger and ice cream nachos. Honestly if you could eat the full order of these two things you won’t be breathing for very long. Portions here are HUGE. The bad: I mean I should’ve expected it since it’s a birthday place aimed for kids but damn they sing so many times. There’s a point where it gets to you. I have mad respect for the employees. The verdict: If you’ve got a friend you want to embarrass this is the place for you! Take them here, order a huge dessert, and clap loudly when the employees come and sing their songs.

Great place for birthday celebration! Comes with a free sundae ;) Food was great, server was great. So many celebration when we went, so it was really rowdy. Lot of kids, and they loved it. Great family place especially for kids. Not the cheapest but great portion so definitely worth the money!

Oh what a fun place to be! This is a great place to bring children, which is where I brought my nephew for his fifth birthday. They sing happy birthday, and it was the cutest thing ever to see my nephew so bashful and happy. Trust me parents, if you like making your kids happy, go here! Energetic fun and ice cream? My fave… Uhh, I mean the children’s. I can see how people would get annoyed if loud noises aren’t their thing, but you should’ve known what you were getting yourself into! The staff is great, and probably some of the friendliest servers you will have at a restaurant. I usually get the Oreo Bliss, which is delicious and super filling(caution: extremely sugary and sweet) but last time, in the spirit of Halloween, I got«The Walking Sundae of the Dead.»(Pictured) Reason for the 4 stars? Their food isn’t the greatest. If you’re looking for an amazing burger, try an actual burger joint and not an ice cream parlor.
