Went in on a Monday night and it was empty.
Cashiers were busy at drive thru and took forever just to place our order. We stood there waiting for 5mins when we were about to walk out, than they took our order.
Again as expected we waiting for 10 to get our order.
It was fresh that’s a good thing, than again we had to wait for our Oreo shakes last.

Beyond frustrating to get home with your order just to find out I got a sourdough chicken club instead of a sourdough bacon cheeseburger! So there I go back into the car to get the right order. The gal gave us a shake and small fry for the inconvenience which was nice.

Best Jack In The Box I been to because my server was amazing! Her name was Daisy. She’s very nice and took my whole order correctly, mind you I’m a difficult person and told her «scratch that» half the time! Love this place and my server!

This location always gets my order wrong or forgets an item to my order. My Food is either sometimes cold, burnt, oily, or too sweet. The burgers or sandwiches always look like they were thrown together. I used to get great service and food from this location but now I can’t go back after all the failed experiences I’ve had the past few months.

I stop by for breakfast every once in awhile and I’ve had mostly good experiences. Sometimes the food is really cold or greasy! Then again it is fast food. The customer service is great every time I go. They never forget anything and are generous with sides and packets of sauce. Drive thru is faster than most!
All in all it has been good experiences!

I’ve eaten here only a few times and never had a long wait. Today I used the drive thru and there was a long wait, but it wasn’t a huge deal, when I got to the cashier she apologized and gave me a discount, I didn’t even say anything.
