Very unorganized drive through. Gave me a half full Sprite when I ordered a full Dr. pepper what an embarrassment. No spoon or fork for my seven dollar teriyaki bowl combo. Just a very very bad experience. I won’t say any names for good reason but it was the black gentleman that was doing drive through. Will not be coming back here any time soon.

I go to this restaurant quite often and never experienced anything like this from any restaurant. I had ordered a chicken club sandwich and when i got home the chicken was raw so i decided to go back with the raw sandwich so that they can see and exchange for a cooked one. i was actually really calm and just wanted my order corrected. When the young lady showed the sandwich to the cook he made a very sarcastic comment in Spanish, i guess he did not realize that there are some people out there are fluent in different languages. the cook said after looking at the sandwich«Is it Bleeding or what» in a very sarcastic manner. At that point i let them know that I had heard what he said and that i am fluent in Spanish. they all looked very surprised and said they would give me a new sandwich but it was too late and decided i wanted a refund instead. I told the manager that it is not right to insult your customers like that and then she also got defensive and refunded my money and asked me to leave the restaurant and never to come back. she was only embarrassed because i made it clear that i was aware of what her cook said and she did not want the other customers in the Restaurant to hear what i had to say. I have already contacted corporate and they are doing a full investigation on this matter. I will continue to follow up on this issue to make sure that they do not treat anyone else like this. I live within a mile from there and will also let everyone around here know exactly what happened. Manager handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner. She should be disciplined for the way she handled the situation! The address is: 19586 Vanburen blvd. Riverside(orangecrest) Ca. 92508 In the Albertsons shopping center.

Out for some late dinner around midnight on a Friday night. Knowing that Jack would be open we stopped by only to find the drive thru line around the corner and into the parking lot. We saw that other customers were still inside we decided it would be quicker ordering at the counter. Well stupid me I forgot that I had my Star Trek cloaking device in my pocket because my girlfriend and I were completely invisible to the staff working. It was almost comical to watch them working along at a furious pace all the while we invisible to the entire world. I felt like Harry freaking Potter with his magical cloak sneaking around Hogwarts. I’m not joking we must have to have given them quite a fright when one of us would speak up asking for service and they would only looked around with a distant and confused look upon their faces. I could of swore that one of the girls working saw us because she looked directly in our direction. However the magic concealing us from their view was stronger than her powers of perception and she simply shrugged her shoulders and went back to working the french fry machine. Other customers inside didn’t have the power of invisibility like us and were receiving their food. After about 5 mins my girlfriend and I became bored with this game and drove to one of the other competitors of Jack in the Box nearby. Stupid muggles!

Forgot one taco from our order, forgot to put the nacho cheese on the other, and put too much ice in the coffee.

Thursday 4÷09÷151:25 pm. Check to see your employee staff for today cause they sucked ass big time. How hard is it to get some tacos to be «at least warm» how hard is it to keep fresh fries, or «at least warm», how about making sure your drink fountains aren’t serving flat drinks. c’mon you’re one of my favs when it comes to fast food. A Drive-thru customer should be treated the same as a dine-in customer. Your team for today needs to be disciplined and retrained. And now the staff wonders why they don’t deserve to have their minimum wage increased. Shame on the«adults» serving today I hope they read this and think about quitting cause they aren’t doing a good job.

Usually they are pretty fast, but once in awhile they take too long to notice I’m the only one standing in line and no one had greeted me. They also have a very low clearance for drive thru.

All jBx are the same, claim to be full menu 24⁄7 and yet anytime you order dessert, especially a shake or smoothie, after 9 or 10 they claim they are cleaning the machines… which somehow prohibits them from making these products for several hours.

I always like coming to this fast food place… Always superior customer service and the food is ALWAYS Hot. My order is right 100% of the time thru the window, and they are not skimpy on the sauces… You can ask for as many as you like and any combination… Can you say saucy?

I stopped at this Jack In The Box yesterday for a quick bite. I used the Drive thru, and the service was great, and this particular store looked very clean & attractive. I don’t eat fast food very often(used to, gave it up), and when I do, I usually chose Del Taco, for their healthier options. This is actually the closest Jack in the Box to my house, and I don’t EVER recall going to this one. I think that’s because there’s also a Del Taco in the same shopping center, which would be my choice 99.99% of the time. However, I have gone to the next closest Jack in the Box, on La Sierra Ave. several dozen times, probably because there isn’t a Del Taco in that area. Anyway, I was impressed by the restaurant, but not as much by my food. I got the Sourdough Grilled Chicken sandwich, and my chicken was dry and kind of tasteless. That brought them down a star. I’ll make a point of going more often, though.

It’s always open. This Jack in the Box is easy to get some grub and get going since it’s right off Van Buren. I always have a habit of ordering some thing different than what’s on the menu. I hate places that have things under a warmer and by the time I get it it’s old tasting. This location seems to get my order right which is tops in my book because I generally order in the drive through. Nothing is more disappointing than to order a breakfast sandwich without cheese or bacon only to get on the road unwrap it and its got cheese or bacon. I want what I order cooked fresh and this place seems to do it well. If I get a jumbo jack without tomato or pickle they seem to make sure it’s not on the burger. Of course most places will get my order mostly right but generally I’ll still have globs of tomato guts on my burger still but the physical tomato is not on it soo technically the order is correct. Anyway this location must have double checks in their order system to make sure the order is right because my orders have been spot on. I’ll keep my fingers crossed because now that I’ve spoken so highly of them I’ll probably get a screwed up order…

Of all the Jack in the Boxes here in Riverside, this particular one is one of the most efficient. Friendly employees and fast service, always. I can count on one hand how many times I got my order screwed up, but then again, I’ve been coming here since middle school. Jalapeño Poppers FTW!
