Wendy’s

I ordered a meal with unsweetened iced tea. When I got home I took a sip of the tea and it tasted like it was mixed with some type of cleaning supply. I tossed the ice tea in the sink. My daughter loves unsweetened ice tea, I’m so glad she didn’t drink any of it.

Just picked up lunch at this place & was so not impressed. I ordered a combo 1 without cheese. Found cheese on my hamburger and the fries had no seasoning & were very dry. My dog wouldn’t even eat the fries
There was a time that Wendy’s could beat out the other fast foods but not anymore.
I would not recommend eating here.

The place looks clean and service is fast BUT last July 20 my 4 yo son had food poisoning after eating their kids meal cheeseburger and soggy fries ;-(also Their spicy chicken sandwich is sooo dry and bland. Never coming back.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I order a meal, the burger had a THICK piece of hair on it melted into the cheese. I had eaten most of the fries, since that is normally what I do first, & because it was almost empty, the manager didn’t want to refund me, talk about disrespectful & disgusting. When I showed her the burger she asked «do you want another one» like obviously not I want my MONEY back. NEVER WILL I EAT HERE AGAIN.

They no longer have strawberry milkshakes? =(they had the best «fast food» milkshake. Now I have to go all the way to bakers.

The only reason I normally ever go here is for the chili. After waiting line inside because the drive-​thru was long. The 3 customer in front of us order back to back when it got to me she stop and started doing the calling the orders (last order had a couple chili orders). Like really can’t the other 7 employees call them .That’s strike 1. Then I ordered some burgers and chili, lady said sorry no more chili someone didn’t chop the meat right and I can’t sell it if the meat is not cut right. Strike 2 ! So being observant of the last order I was like well you just severed some to the last guy. She quickly replied well he got the last of the previous batch. Grrr whatever. So tried them today with my boyfriend ordered the food and drinks one was the strawberry tea. Got to the window received our drinks so we asked for straws she said they will be in the bag. Get the bag and sure enough no damn straws. The wasn’t sweeten. Strike 3. Now we’re on the road with no straws and blah tea… Check your orders people it’s ridiculous their only job is to make sure the simple stuff is their and they can’t even do that.!!

Just an okay place. Service was-​ok– nothing special. Can’t give it more than 3 stars due to the service and cleanliness of the place was — ok -!

Food is decent. Usually better quality food when you dine in rather than take out. But service is usually great. They are fast, friendly, and never really get your order wrong. Only bad thing is the quality of the food is really bad sometimes and is inconsistent and there is a very rude cashier. I have eaten here for over 6 years and she still works there. She has been very rude and never smiles every time me or my friends order. Overall a decent fast food place to eat. Also they keep the inside and restrooms clean.

If I eat there or go through the drive thru my service has been great. The dinning area is clean, condiment able is clean and stocked and the drive thru is quick. I enjoy the Asian and BBQ salads, while my kids enjoy chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches all of us like their strawberry lemonade!

A typical, average Wendy’s with average service and average Wendy’s food. Not much of a concern for customer service but it is a cheap fast food place so what do you expect. Had fries that were not served hot each time I was there.

It’s a typical Wendy’s. Food quality is the same but I really only order nuggets and fries here! It’s pretty clean inside. They forgot my nugget sauce twice in the drive thru and I had to pull over and walk inside to ask for it, but I guess that’s not uncommon.
