Must say that today I had the best customer service from this location. I had ordered 3 pizzas in which 2 of them where special but unfortunately didn’t obtain what I ordered on one of them. Called to ask if there was something I could do to get my order corrected and«Andrea» great lady helped me and went beyond to fixing my order. Thank you Andrea for fixing my order and making it a great customer service experience with you.

What can I say it a franchise were all they hire is kids… I always call ahead to place my order even do their slogan is «hot and ready» but 80% of the time I go they don’t have what I need so I call only to arrive 15−20min later and my order not be ready. But you get what you pay I guess…

My mom just told me today that she went about a week ago to this location which is no surprise because my Son and herself love pizza even if it’s shitty little Caesars(he’s happy) so my parents who are Hispanic and speak a little bit of English always go well anyways my mom is telling me that there was a Caucasian lady in front of her who got a handful of napkins so when it’s my moms turn she goes ahead and asks for both Parmesan cheese and napkins and the cashier denies her both??? Why? Why do you have the nerve to deny someone something that costs you absolutely nothing just because she’s not white? I was furious to hear about this I told my mom she should’ve given her damn pizza back and got a refund little Hispanic cashier I hope you read this and feel like shit because that’s exactly what you are!!! I wish my mom would’ve told me that same day I would’ve been more than happy to pay you a visit for treating my mom different!!! Avoid this location and upgrade to papa johns which tastes way better!!!

My 15 minute wait turned into 45 as I watched people who came long after me leave long before me. This is the second time this happened. Last time I ordered over the phone. Took me 20 minutes to get here and it still wasn’t ready. I watched as people walked in the door made their order and walk out.

Lady at the register is nice and is working at a fast pace but how are you not going to have a 20 minute wait for a large pepperoni and just as long for a cheese? I mean your slogan is hot and ready. You had one job little Caesars, 1 job.

Wow such harsh complaints… I’ve been to this location several times. Overtime was a pleasure, I’ve never had a bad experience while ordering and waiting. Even when it was rush hour and there was a line to order pizza they had plenty of ready to go pizzas. One time i placed an order and i arrived late, the cashier offered to make me a brand new one to take! Outstanding service, great location, best value pizza.

Well today my friend and I desperately scavenged some change awaiting the hot and Reay pizza. But it wasn’t hot or ready… instead we waited 20 minutes

Ehh, it’s a 50⁄50 chance here whether you’ll get good service or not. A lot of times you’ll get the couple of rude girls they have here but then there’s other times when you’re lucky enough to get one of the friendly girls that work here. The main rude girl is the one who goes out front to smoke her cigarette, which is very unprofessional. Nobody wants to walk into this place with their kids while having to walk through a cloud of smoke and even worse to see that it’s an employee. At least have the respect and common sense to go around to the side to smoke. The 3 stars is for the ones who are actually happy and kind, also because the food is always good.

The location is relatively sketchy but I can’t complain for $ 5 pizza. When they say hot and ready they REALLY mean hot and ready. Every time I have come into this place, I have never had to wait long to get an order. All of their pizzas are – as advertised– hot and ready and I absolutely love the fact that I can see my pizza come straight out of the oven, cut into slices, then delivered to my very hands.

The only Little Caesars that charges $ 1 for adding extra sauce on the pizza. It also doesn’t help that they don’t disclose this when you order over the phone. I should have paid attention to the 1-star reviews that this location is getting on Unilocal

Slow service with a cashier that doesn’t greet you when you order. Additionally, what pizza place doesn’t have crush peppers for your pizza??! They don’t apologize for being short on supplies and treat you poorly for asking for additional items. This place needs to go under new management or something. Garbage service and average pizza. Two stars!

Yeah… nothing to say except you better only be coming here to pick up a Hot-N-Ready(which is already not a particularly wise choice). But I’ve never had amazing experiences at any Little Caesar’s Pizza that I’ve been too.

EMPLOYEESAREBRAINLESSRETARDS! If I can give this place zero stars I would. First off, the neighborhood is shady. From the time you get out of your car to the time you reach the door at least 5 homeless people will ask you for money. The stores advertisement says«We now take credit cards!!» which for me is an incentive to go their because I never carry cash. But when you try to pay with one, none of the employees know how to use the CC machine. They tell you to «go get cash from the smoke shop next door.» Uh… I am NOT going into a ghetto smoke shop with the chance of getting mugged to get cash because their employees are incompetent!!! When you do have cash on hand, the employees are even more incompetent. You order your pizza, bread sticks, wings, soda or whatever and of course its not already made… even though they advertise as being«Hot and Ready». We have waited a half hour for our food before!!! They only make 5 wing buckets at a time(even if there is a huge line for wings) and they do not give them to people in order. If you are waiting for your food, chances are your food will be given to someone who just ordered(because again the employees are too stupid to remember that there are 23423523 other people waiting for your food) and you will have to throw a tantrum to get the food you paid for. I actually LIKE little Caesars food and never had a problem at any other store, but the employees at this location are brainless retards. I’ve worked at a pizza place before, and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to have some organization and use a CC machine.

Wow, just wow. We came here to make an order. The total was $ 49.70. We gave them two $ 15 gift cards and $ 20 cash. They couldn’t give change back because they registered the money first. That’s stupid. Needless to say they handed us back one of the gift cards. After waiting a few we’re like, screw it, use the remaining change on that gift card and purchase a sauce. Guess what? They gave us back the WRONGCARD. How the hell do you mess THAT up? This place sucks, period. Horrible customer service. Avoid this place.

Went in today to little caesar’s for their veteran’s day crazy bread promotion. While the employees were familiar with it, they didn’t have fliers on hand(I don’t recall the online offer mentioning a flier), and apparently a change in management has caused some disorganization in their store. While the service was friendly, hopefully their management gets things better organized for their team members, because there may be other promotions coming up that need better organization. Regardless I did get the crazy bread which with marinara sauce, is perfect. Look forward to going back and see what changes for the better under the new management.:)

As I already mentioned in a tip, this Little Caesar’s is a waste of time. The pizza tastes fine, but the service is awful. Even if you have to drive a little further, find another location to take your business!

I love Little Caesars and it’s good priced pizzas. $ 5 for a large pepperoni or cheese is a great deal. Their logo is «Fresh out of the oven! Ready when you are!» and I deemed it true until a recent string of events. I’ve been going to this store for about 5 years and it’s always the place to go when I don’t want to make dinner. The pizza is good, definitely. It’s better than those no name pizza places where the whole cheese layer slides right off with one bite. However, today proved to be the worst experience, EVER. I arrived at the place at 6:45PM and the neighborhood is not well lit. I parked near the store to ensure I can see a good view of my car, just in case. The store was packed. There’s no place to wait except the far left corner of the store but there was at least 15 people waiting for their pizza. «Ready when you are!» … righhhhhht. I asked the cashier what might be the fastest, pepperoni or cheese. She just shrugged saying, «They’re both the same wait. 8 – 10 minutes». SERIOUSLY??? I should’ve just ordered from pizza hut with that wait time. It’s closer but I chose here cause they have it ready! So I chose to wait since I drove 10 minutes to get there. Girl takes my order and yells out«CHEESE!» among all the noise and bustle of the tiny store. I wondered if the people in the back even heard it. 20 minutes go by and I watch as people who ordered 10 minutes after me get their order. I patiently wait a few more seconds until I couldn’t wait anymore. THISISRIDICULOUS! I go up to the cashier and tell them I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for ONE large cheese. They look at the empty cheese heat oven and don’t know what to do. It’s obvious they didn’t MAKE a cheese because the back didn’t hear the cashier shout out that one word. I tell them I’ll take a pepperoni since there were several, just sitting there. They hand it off and just say a «sorry». I’m so disappointed but I’m more disappointed with the organization of the store. There’s no order or rules when they take your order. They print out the receipt any lay it out on the table, regardless of what time you placed the order. Whichever piece of receipt paper is closest to their hand, I’m guessing. Plus! The parking spaces are small and some lady slammed her car door to my car. GREAT! Wasted lots of my time and now I have a huge scratch on my car door. I would NOT recommend this store at all. No, better yet, steer clear and far away as possible!
