They truly care about animals and are very compassionate people. They are very active in Riverside and really do help a lot of pets. I admire them a lot. In the store you will find a large variety of things and you often run into very nice people (in addition to the people working there).

Twelve and the staff were incredibly helpful when I had questions. And their clothing section is superb. Additionally, as a non-​profit, the Pet Rescue Thrift Store demonstrates the essential goodness of protecting the environment by selling recycled goods and saving animals in the process.

Love this little gem of a thrift store. All sorts of treasures to be found there including adoptable dogs, cats, even the occasional hamster. Run by people who love animals, the store is both a bargain bonanza and a pet rescue. I bought a nice little Xmas tree for $ 10.00. You just never know what you might find on any given day. Check it out.

Discovered this thrift store while driving through town. I live it. They have A LOT of stuff. My first trip here I walked out with an arm-​full of goodies. The staff is extremely friendly, and they always have new inventory. And the best part is they are actually helping animals. Highly recommend checking out this super cute new thrift store.

So you’re not sure where the profits are going??? I can assure you the profits are going to animals in need. I run a rescue for death-​row dogs. This thrift store is a blessing. You probably didn’t get the interaction from the staff because of your own snotty attitude. The people at the Pet Rescue Thrift Store are so compassionate with the biggest hearts you’ll ever find.

Ok place with a lot of stuff. Big turn off was the staff. Found the staff not real social and a bit introverted. Happened to go in a day that offered senior and military discounts and not one person in the place made it a point to ask any of the customers if they qualified for the discounts. Not real sure where the profits go or how it is spent since the staff was not real inclined to talk. Not sure if I would shop here again. Even the animals in the shop didn’t get much interaction from the staff nor was anyone promoting adoption of these animals. Came away with a bad impression of the place and for whatever they stand for.

This place is amazing! The new location is nice and spacious. Every time I go here there is something new and interesting so stop in often. There is plenty of parking too, just turn right between the gas station and building and you’ll find a nice lot.
Did I mention how awesome Twelve and Kimberlee are? They work with so many organizations to save so many innocent lives! So stop on by and give them your support!

This is a very nice thrift store in Riverside. It has an impressive selection of clothes and accessories, a decent used book selection, and tons of miscellaneous items ranging from the inexpensive and kitschy to the vintage and collectible. In short, browsing the store will probably result in finding at least one item that you are interested in.
It is also, as the name of the store would imply, extremely pet friendly, and they often host a number of pet-​related events, such as pet photography, which is a nice reason to come by. The owners also seem heavily involved with organizing pet fostering and adoptions, which is a pretty good cause.
I usually try to stop by when I’m over in that area, and I’ve never had anything less than a great experience when I’ve done so.

We are avid thrifters and this will become a frequent stop. So excited to have found this shop. A little tricky to find, but worth your time and it’s for a great cause! The rescue pets from kill shelters.
As you look for them, it’s right next to USA gasoline, cross street San Diego, across from the Riverside plaza, complete with a private lot in the back for easy, safe and ample parking.

Love this place they do so much good for the community. They help so many pets in need. I personally adopted one of my cats from here. They were so helpful and made the whole adoption process a breeze.

Easily the best thrift store in Riverside! Very organized and tons of good stuff! There are some very cute pet related items like bandanas, collars, and shirts. Many items even donate proceeds to injured animals or foster pets in the area.
Not only is the shopping great, the pets are awesome too! My fiancée and I ended up adopting a cat from them and couldn’t be happier. The store helps support many local non profit organizations who help pets in need.
Definitely worth stopping by!

Nice items. Lots of decorative things, clothing, books, kitchen stuff, etc. Store is very clean and well organized. They also have handmade items. They rescue dogs and cats, too. So, if you are looking for a new friend, stop by!
