Wendy’s

So I literally just left Wendy’s and got home (I live up the street btw) I order 2 chicken sandwiches and chili beans with added onions and cheese, I walked in and order it as take out due to the fact that I didn’t want to wait in the ridiculously long line in the drive through for 3 items, the wait inside wasn’t long, got my order drove the short distance home, I’m starving by the way. I open my chili beans and there’s no cheese and no onions, I didn’t care much for the onions not being there but I got charged for something that I didn’t even get on my food! It was a simple 3 item order. I guess I’m just really mad from being a work all day and getting charged for something I didn’t get. Anyways I give them 3 stars because it’s a okay Wendy’s and the service I get is always good except for today.

This Wendy’s has some of the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered! I was a little frustrated about how long the drive through line was, so I decided to walk in. The place was so clean! Christian took my order and he was patient with me when I got a phone call from work. My order was filled as soon as i finished getting my drink. I forgot to tell Christian that my order was to go and Angel (I think a manager) was quick to bag my order. Everyone seemed genuinely pleased to serve me. As a person who works in the retail/​customer service industry, it was great to see. Thank you for taking care of me Christian and Angel!

I feel horrible leaving this review, but I am not happy with this location. They got my order wrong and I ended up with a very dry crispy chicken sandwich. It had a good about of mayo (I hate mayonnaise), a soggy tomato, lettuce falling off, and the ends of the chicken were so dry it was disgusting. Not only did I not order this sandwich, it was the most processed, dry, disgusting sandwich I have ever had. I threw it out. What a waste of money. I don’t really eat fast food anyways. I was craving their salty fries and sweet n sour sauce. The fries were cold too! Ugh. I will never go here again. Bad bad bad!!!

There are numerous places to eat in this area, avoid this location at all costs!!! So we place a simple allergy order for my wife who could literally be hospitalized if her food touches dairy, the cashier says he’s got it then when my wife gets her food there is cheese on it. The manager (a women) came and gave my wife major attitude, and even rolled her eyes. Some behavior for a manager. We go outside to eat and find that there were no mayonnaise on the patty which was another one of the requests. Manager had attitude again.

Quickest service I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. The drive-​thru line is usually pretty long, but it does not slow them down. My (custom) order was ready by the time I pulled up to the window, and the ladies were also very friendly even though this place is always packed. Despite having multiple orders behind mine, I still received the service most places only give when the speed is rather slow. Definitely will be coming here weekly, especially with the cheapest prices for what I eat.

I went through the drive though today, there service was pretty fast and for a big order they got everything right. The crew members were pretty friendly this visit.

I go to this location usually about once a week, never really had a problem, and have complimented the manager on excellent service. I usually get items off the value menu which is very accommodating for my family of 4 – 5 depending on friends on my budget and taste buds — no complaints here. The only downside would be is that they ask if you want sauce when you order and never put it in the bag so you have to ask at the window, easy fix.

Decent quality food but they’ve gotten our order wrong multiple times. The drive-​through is extremely awkwardly designed and people cut in line constantly during busy lunch hours which has ended up in a couple arguments with other drivers.

Usually the food at this location is decent. Yesterday we ordered 40.00 worth of food for a family and after our short ride home we discovered it was all cold. We could have gone back but what a hassle. I am calling the manager tomorrow. Might not go here again.

I fell in love with the new fruitea. My favorite is orange mango chiller it’s so good. I have gone several times to get my iced tea too bad they don’t have refill for those.
The environment is so nice. I just hate the tables are so close to each other and you feel like you are sitting with a stranger but it’s all good.
Prices are very fair and staff are friendly and always doing their best to serve as fast as they can.

This Wendy’s is the worst in the IE… the fat Mexican lady in the drive thru just throws the food and drinks at you, it happens every time she is there… she always forgets something and we always have to go inside or tell her she forgot something or I ask for extra ice and I never get it, then I say «Can you please add extra ice»? (cause she forgot) Then she rolls her eyes at you. I ordered a Baconator and it just had bacon crumbs in it… I asked «why is there only crumbs in it»? She replied, «that’s the guey is cumbs sir». I will never come to this Wendy’s and will never buy another Baconator again… The Baconator in the window has full strips of bacon layered all through it… false advertising.

They re-​did this Wendy’s awhile back. I went in today and I really did not enjoy the remodel. For one it was difficult to move around, being that’s it is very crammed. It seems more like a place to lodge for college students to get homework done. I miss the old country side of Wendy’s this new persona that Wendy’s is trying to put off is not very appealing to me.

Absolutely horrible! We came to this Wendy’s to get a salad last night, went through the drive-​through and they failed to not only give my card back to me after paying but also gave us a salad that was bad lettuce. The chicken didn’t smell very good and looked undercooked as well. We ended up throwing it away! I will never be back here again! Don’t let their corporate remodel fool you. Same old nasty food at a high price with a fresh look to their new store remodels, it’s all BS. When I say stay away, I mean it. Don’t be a fool and go here!

All I can say about this place is, never again.
We stopped by here last night 6÷9÷15 to have dinner. We had just finished up at my daughters graduation, and we were hungry. Granted, they seem to have changed up the place, as it looks completely different from the last time we had been there. Me personally, I LOVE WENDY’S…my wife… not so much…
The fact that you are a fast food restaurant running out of french fries and potatoes is not a good thing. We wanted sour cream and chive potato, a brocolli and cheese potato, 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and 2 large drinks. YOU COULD NOT ACCOMODATE! Now I am never going to your Wendy’s ever again. My wife was pissed off at me because I decided to eat there, and ya’ll didnt have any of the food we wanted. Completely un-​acceptable.
In conclusion… though this Wendy’s looks good, the potato’s and french fries are limited… No bueno…

I’ve been here a couple of times since this location reopened at the request of my kids. I told my kids yesterday that I will not take them back to this location ever again. This place is trashed. Every time I have been here it has been disgusting. I strongly believe no one cleans this place. I wonder, if the dining area is never clean, how dirty is the kitchen? I refuse to go back. Not only is the cleanliness lacking, the food is really bad too. It’s old, stale, and doesn’t look like it should be in your mouth. Read the other reviews… it really is horrible.

I wish I had read the reviews for this place before I came. While it is nice inside and they have those multi– coca cola machines. I was extremely disappointed with my burger. I had told the cashier that I wanted mayo and mustard on the side because most places that I go to give me globs of it in the sandwich if I do not ask for it on the side. So I repeated my order to make sure they had it correct, but when I got the burger I realized that there was no side mayo or mustard. I checked my burger and there it was globs of mayo/​mustard. Doesn’t anybody read the instructions I did not want to go back because something else could go wrong, so I wiped it off instead. I gave it 2 because the burger and chili were good but bad service.

Screw this place. Red head working the drive thru was totally rude. Overcharged me on a salad and forgot half my order. I waited 15 minutes for them to sort out the «confusion.» I get home and they forgot to give me salad dressing. I’m now eating a spicy Caesar salad with ranch dipping sauce for my moms French fries…

«Would you like flies with that?» I absolutely have to write this review as of todays date I never received an apology from the Manager «Jose», nor a call back from the corporate offices that I contact in regard to the big «horse fly» that was nestled nicely into my sons’ Big and Nasty Burger.
We were quite hungry that day, as I stopped by the drive thru with my son and daughter for a bite to eat. We pulled into the plaza to eat before going out of town. My son had taken a couple of bites of what was supposed to be a Big and Tasty Burger, and just as he went to take another bite he noticed the wings and but of a big nasty fly nestled comfortably into the cheese, it had been cooked in by the heat but was fully in tact. He immediately started spitting up and gagging. We went inside of Wendys and asked to speak with the Manager. Jose, the manager simply asked, «do you want a refund?» No matter how much I tried to get an apology out of him by telling him how disturbing this was, he never once apologized. I actually went back there two other times to give him the opportunity to apologize and he just did not get that in America we usually apologize for something this disgusting happening. I did get the health department involved — and of course they always call first to let the restaurant know what day they are coming. To this day, I can not bring myself to go back there — not just for the nasty fly in the burger, but to know someone who is serving me a meal is not even remotely concerned whether it is healthy or clean I would give this place a zero star for sure. I had a coupon for the Strawberry Fields Salad. Normally the salad would be $ 7.02. I wouldn’t pay that at a fast food place for a salad. Normally. I just finished eating it and I have to tell you it was worth every penny! Lots of chicken, bacon, strawberries and real blue cheese. Simply delicious! The cashier was nice. The line went fast. The restaurant was just revamped. Its win win win all around.
