Jack In the Box

Came into jacks today to get breakfast croissants (with sausage) got the order to go, I got home and was about to take a bite of my croissant and I notice that there’s was no sausage, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME this happens in one week. I live really close by the jack in the box on Central and the one on Arlington, all the employees look so lost and and work in a slow manner, they need to get it together or I will be going to a different jack in the box.

This was my favorite J-​Bo, the food was always the freshest, prices were ubeatable by other franchise owned jacks in the area and the staff would always be friendly and curtious, until today. I went thru the
drive-​thru and didnt see the value menu so i asked and the girl said «sorry they didnt send it to us, we just updated the menu and havent gotten it yet» i ordered a big cheese burger and was told they dont carry it anymore, so i ordered a chicken sandwich and a jumbo jack then realized they bumped the price, when i pulled up to the window i asked «did you guys change owners?» And with a sad look on her face she said «yeah and we changed buns too» thats when i realized its a franchise owned business now bought off by arabs like the one off arlington, once i got the bag i saw the sandwich and confirmed its not that fresh anymore and the jumbo jack didnt have sesame seeds on the buns anymore and looked flat. I understand its not the staffs fault the restaurant wants to be cheap but i will not be going here anymore.

Every stinking time I come in here the Street people bother the hell out of You and i wind up going elsewhere!

I’m not sure if this place is always understaffed or busier then it seems. But you always have to wait on a cashier inside because they are always in the back processing orders. Sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes for a cashier to come take your order.

This Jack in the Box is amazing! When it’s almost 8:00 am and you have to get to work by 8:00, they promptly take orders and get you quickly through the drive thru window. I am usually only there in the mornings and must say that their AM staff is VERY courteous, friendly and efficient! Many thanks to the AM Manager in charge of this great group and specifically AMY, who is ALWAYS cheerful and fast!
It’s nice to start your day with people that truly seem to be happy at their job and with the customers they serve! Way to go JIB on Central in Riverside!!!

I have to say this jack in the box has by far the best service I’ve had at any location a specific employee Treck (hope I spelled it right) I can honestly say brightens my day and always so polite it’s always amazing having great people with great service!!!

I come to this Jack in the Box often, probably too often but I work at the Plaza so its very convenient and they have some of the best coffee. I realized I started coming too much when some people remember how many cream and sugar I want with my coffee. I love this location though, they repeat your order multiple times to ensure they don’t mess up (which they never have for me) and they are super friendly. I will always skip the other locations and continue to come here because its the best in the area.

Wow! Ordered a bunch of things and made a quick change. Waited for a bit to get the order, and needed to dash out quickly. Realized that they had forgotten an item, and asked for it. The cashier advised that she had not charged us for it. I told me daughter that she would just have to share with her sis, we didn’t have time to buy another. The manager called out as we left and asked the cashier to just give it to us.
Fantastic customer service!!! Rarely happens, so I’m taking the time to thank her for that, and saving a sharing battle over the last bite of cheesecake later on the car ride home!!! We almost stopped at Wendy’s, but will make sure it’s a JITB next time too.

Awesome service and friendly staff :) cleanliness of restaurant! They bring your food to you on a timely manner!
